I don't know where all these negative reviews are coming from but at this Popeyes I always get treated with respect and never had a complaint with them. I love coming to this Popeyes because the workers there are always so nice to me and never gave me a problem unlike the one that's on Broadway next to the Chase bank. The times I have been to that one, the workers there seem to be having a bad day and try to avoid it most of the time but the one here on Kingsbridge Road is way better and the people working there always greet customers very nice and actually tell you after they give you your order to have a nice day but the ones on Broadway never do and when you tell them thank you after they give you your order they just stay quiet and say "Next"
I'm having a problem with Popeyes franchises all over the city. They seem to be exclusively run by Southeast Asians who care little about the business or customer service. This isn't a biased rant, almost EVERY location in the city is controlled by someone from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka or Bangladesh. At times they don't even seen to recognize what's on their own menu. I have found hair in my food at this location, there's exorbitant wait times for simple items in the middle of the day. NYC GMs of Popeyes need to get it together, because it seems they're more interested in giving their family members jobs instead of abiding by Popeyes corporate standards. They're ruining the brand.
Over priced. $16 for 5 chicken wings and a side order of fries. I was not impressed.
I'm upset just left there disgusting chicken and shrimps very disappointed ? I will never go back and workers was very rude gave me NO TATAR SAUCE OR HONEY MUSTANG
The shrimp were horrible total waste the dog wouldn't eat it strictly for blacqq and Spanish people
Very rude . Converse in their own language. Ignore you until they’re done having private conversations. Said hello multiple times lady name Marium rolled her eyes . Never asked simple questions like would you like to add anything , cash or card , receipt or no receipt . Was waiting for my receipt she takes it out and tears off the bottom where u leave a review for customer service . All around just bad . The food was fresh however .
Very slow service. 5 pcs but no breast! It was cold and was barely edible. Very disappointed!
Their mobile service is absolutely terrible. I simply tried to place an order for pickup but it didn’t go through. However they took my money just fine though. The customer service here is shameful too, I tried calling the establishment about a refund yet they either played dumb and acted like they couldn’t hear me or they just picked up the phone and immediately hung up.I apologize for expecting basic professionalism and standards but it would seem my expectations were too high apparently.
The worst services ever! The night manager was so unprofessional working with the worst attitude taking orders, i will never go to this Popeyes ever again..12/4/2021
