I ordered spicy chicken tenders...and everyone that came in before me and after me left before me..smh.. they dropped the ball on me..they dropped it at the wrong time bcuz you know I write reviews so here it is. I ordered 2 tender orders and I got mac and cheese and they charged me an extra dollar for whatever reason, I said ok. Then as I mentioned my order took way longer than usual and they knew it, and where they failed was, not going the old school route and schmoozing me with a something as free as fries or a pie or extra biscuits as a "I'm sorry, Forgive us."At most the cashier was courteous and showed concern.The bathrooms are closed to customers. The self serve soda machine is closed, they give you your soda. You're not allowed to eat in. There's free parking in lot.
It is highly recommended you check your order before leaving here. Ordered spicy chicken but got plain. Ordered dark meat but got chicken breast. I didn’t even bother calling the store as I don’t live in the Bronx. The only thing that seem to have been right where the fries. However I ordered two mediums for two people and ended up getting one large. $24 wasted as I had to order chicken from a local restaurant because the white meat is too dry almost as bad as their dry biscuits.

Ordered a 14 tender family meal with the app for 20 dollar. They stole our money and didn't give us our food. What a joke of a business.
The food was delicious and fresh. I know that there was at least 10 staff members working hard in this location yet the line still moved slow. I truly believe they need either another location or expand on this one.
Its been awhile since I had Popeye's so I was super excited. The line for the drive thru was super long so I went inside where the line was also super long and not moving. After 30 mins I was finally able to place my order and then wait another 36 mins for my food. I was pretty hungry at this point since I waited over an hour packed in with way too many people so I decided to eat in my car...what a disappointment! The food was mehhhh....the spicy chicken was rubbery and had no flavor, the fries were warm but super greasy and the biscuits were dry and lacking their usual buttery flavor. After over an hour wait and terrible food - I can't say I will return here...truly sad!

So this location is a new location in Greenpoint Brooklyn neighborhood. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The establishment is very clean and well stocked. There is enough seating for dining in. The food was very fresh and the service was fast and efficient. Go stop by if you are in the area.
I can order online. I can also call. There is a quick response on all calls. Excellent service always.
