It's sad iam a regular customer at Popeyes but this Particular one the cashier by the name of Antonio Kah today was very rude unprofessional and poor customer service didn't greed us and had to ask for sauce for my tenders I had two orders and she gave me none had to ask and when asking she had such a nasty attitude, her supervisor or higher up needs to retrain her we are paying customer I've never gotten such poor service like the way she treated me and my husband I strongly belive she needs to be retrained.
Only one person behind counter, the tables where dirty, I wanted French fries but looking the fries it was just throw on sides of the holding pan, I needed to use the bathroom but oh my gosh tolet papers coming out of garbage, no toilet paper on holder but on the floor next to toilet, if there was ratings of D- that's what they would get
I did a Grubhub order and ordered a tackle box (shrimp) and a popcorn shrimp combo and an apple pie. They didn't bother to call to say they didn't have enough shrimp or the apple pie. They just put whatever shrimp they had for the popcorn shrimp combo and then gave me a freakin 2-pc dark... the least they could've done was give Tenders!!!!! Plus they didn't give ANY SAUCES!!!!! AND YOU KNOW THEY HAVE A TON OF THOSE IN THE FRIDGE!!!!!!!!
Chicken was good but the server wasn't conscious. I paid 12.00 for leg and a thigh and he gave me the smallest pieces. Also for the 5 chicken strips he gave me more like 5 chicken chunks. The bill was 25.00 give me a break. This was robbery
I made a quick stop on a Sunday Afternoon. Brittany and the team were spot on with keeping orders up to date and the environment positive.I was 100% satisfied with my order and the service.Thank you
The dining area was empty and dirty. There were two staff members siting at the dining are when we parked. They stepped out. There were three other staff members in the back(kitchen). They acknowledge me immediately. The floor was dirty & the food area was not kept clean, there fries on the side. Not repeating the visit.
Not fresh anymore food kept in warmer ,not good any more it's like McDonald's chicken sorry
Friendly and pretty fast service. Could use a better cleaning service throughout the space. It's not that big.
