Summary/ Kiana is incredibleBecause of a glitch on the app my order went from delivery to carry out…. At a location I haven’t ordered at in 2 years. Spent $40 on nothing, I tried calling here but I was told there was nothing I could do except go there but that wasn’t a possibility since I just worked a double and had no plans on going across the street, let alone across the Bronx. I tried calling the support line but didn’t know that was mainly for complaints. Kiana called me back to get more info on the situation and when we finally understood each other she said she can get a doordasher to deliver to me. Completely turned my night around. I went from wondering how I was going to explain to my disabled mother that I ruined our dinner plans to being grateful that it was coming, no matter what time it was coming. I’ve been in food service for 6+ years and a manager for 4 of those years. Kiana is a employee that deserves a corporate position and THEN SOME
I ordered extra cheese. This don’t look like extra cheese. I don’t understand why they can’t read instructions.
Worst store ever. I waited 2 hours to get my food. I called the store. I provided my number and they told me great news you will get your food in 10 mins. I waited another 30 mins and after that I got a notification saying my food was getting picked up by door dash. I called again and I asked for a refund and “JOSEPH” put me on hold for 30 mins. This store is a JOKE. I will NEVER order from here ever again. If I can give it a 0 star I would. The icing on the cake I got the wrong order.
I spent 30 dollars on Uber eats only to receive pizza that was burned, hard cheese, and I called in to mention that. The person that answered the phone put me on hold and came back to offer a new pizza. Let’s see how this goes.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Woman at the front was rude to customers as if it was their fault for ordering food. One of the guys in the back was nice and helpful.
they need a bell to alert them to register..I came in and no one there..they were in back talking, looking in phones and joking around and this is not the first time.. they are not professional...service sucks...but food is good ...no filtered soda only bottled soda which also sucks
I often order from this place and the pizza is usually decent @ best, however on February 11 that had changed immensely, I had ordered pizza with some cheese sticks... I can't begin to express how blown away I was with the taste of both! The crust was thick soft, tasty, along with the cheese sticks!!!! I had called the receptionist and was told that Keyanna (forgive me if I misspell this!) was the 1 who prepared that feast. I can't praise that woman enough and I sure hope the company does emphatically, because she's definitely a gem!!! If you're reading this, job exceptionally done once again Keyanna (forgive me once agn if I misspelled your name!)
Been over 2hrs spent over 60$ and im still waiting for my order called 15times and keep getting run arounds no one helping cant reach manger or the store directly
I got my order and was missing the wings. Call until closing spoke to one person who transferred me to a supervisor. The supervisor never picked up. I was bounced back to hold and was on holding for a total if 40 mins. Totally unexceptional! Now it's another day and I still can't get through to get refunded. I will NEVER order the 601 Westchester Ave. store again. The pizza wasn't that good and I haven't been refunded as of yet. Horrible customer service!
