Delicious Pizza, Hot Wings, Chicken Alfredo Pasta, Cheese Breadsticks & Chocolate Chip Cookies?
This a 1st where I've had a problem with this location. My order was right but took longer than usual for my order to arrive, when it did..both pizzas were cold & one had a hole, was under cooked (for a thin crust) and was uncut. Asked if a refund was possible, they pretty much wanted the food back. I've NEVER heard of a food establishment asking to return an order if a refund was requested
I ordered my food at 6:39 and requested to be called upon arrival. 7:30 no call no nothing. I call the restaurant and they say my food has been sent out for delivery but they have no update or way to check in the status of my food. 8:00 comes and still nothing. I called the store and they can't track my delivery because it's being delivered by door dash. I still never received my food or refund. This is unacceptable. I spent 50 dollars and got no food no assistance no nothing. NEVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN
Buy from a different location: The workers at this location are stealing undelivered pizzas. My neighbor and I have experienced the exact same issue: they deliver half your order and state they’ll send another driver to deliver the rest, hours lates no one shows up but you receive a call saying the driver was there and called several times, and this is not true. They are literally the worst.
Although this is a very conveniently located Express Pizza Hut, the quality of their pizzas is very inconsistent. One time you order and the pizza looks like the corporate product photos and then the next time you order a pizza it looks like someone carelessly tossed a few meager ingredients onto the dough. If you're lucky enough to get a properly prepared pie it's great! If not, good luck! It's hot or miss at this location.
There’s always a problem with this store don’t buy from them!!The employees are nasty and rude .,Pizza cold , burn , and take hours to come . They always have a problem with how you pay.. if you pay cash , they can’t deliver HAS to be credit card in order to deliver. what if you don’t have a card ? this is ridiculous and unresponsible .
Pizza Hut is working with door dash, they take your order and then take it home, after a long weekend of working you just want to sit and relax, I order dinner for my starving family and pizza hut took my order never delivered to me, we waited 3 hours for my order, they reorder it and still didn't arrived,requesting a full refund. NOT A GOOD LOOK TO DO FOOD BUSINESS WITH. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT IF YOUR FAMILY DON'T GET DINNER. WE WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY.....
Cheesy bread was over cooked and almost burnt. Pizza crust was stale. I have had better from pizza hut I the past. This order was a disappointment.
Ordered at 12:04am and could not pickup order as they only deliver because of “COVID” so I was forced to order for delivery. Delivery estimate was 1:06am and at 1:10am I received a message that a delivery partner from doordash will be delivering my order and the estimate time was 2:07am. This is ridiculous. If I could cancel this order I would. Never ordering from pizza hut again
