I have been ordering here for a long time and I have only had a few issues before but never this bad. The woman who is normally taking the orders got very rude with us. She was listening to our order and would be talking to other people at the same time. I asked if she could repeat the order back to me to know that she received our order properly. She began yelling at me saying that she was always listening to me and began yelling my order back to me. At that point I didn’t want to hear anymore. And began talking back to her. She continued yelling my order over me while I was trying to talk. I ended up telling her back that I have always ordered from them but will no longer order from them again. I told her that I would be giving them a bad review because this is unacceptable. I understand everyone has bad days, but I cannot let someone talk to me the way she did. This is unfortunate because I liked eating there and have ordered there for 5 years now. They have lost me as a customer. I will never be going back there.

Horrible customer service. Very rude & food wasn’t packaged right. My order was spilled all inside the bag. Looked like a bag full of sauce & they didn’t care how it looked. Definitely not ordering from here. Woman who answers the phone was rude & didn’t want to help me with my order.

Chubby lady who takes order is very rude. No customer service and very nasty when dealing with pick up orders. Will not come back. Would rate 0 stars if I could.Dont waste your time. Order from the superior Golden Chef on Crosby.
