I will never eat there again the food was bad the service was bad the hostess was awful. Will not recommend this to my friends family or anyone I know. Already posted how This was a bad experience

Great service and great food. First visit from the U.K. , will definitely be back.

If you are a pasta lover, this place won’t disappoint you at all.The pasta is cooked to perfection and the sauces are well made, rich in flavor, savory.Their menu has variety from pizzas to pasta to salads and soups. Also the desserts are delightful omg !If you get dessert my personal recommendation will be the Toasted Almond Cake.(Thank me later)The place is beautifully decorated with such a great romantic vibe for dates, anniversaries and even birthdays.

This was our first time at Patricia's in the Bronx and while we enjoyed the food, the music was so loud that we didn't enjoy our meal as we would have hoped. In fact, they turned up the music as we sat down. I am not sure of the value of doing that for the restaurant.... I had the pappardelle bolognese which was excellent, as was our starter - the clams orgeanata. The pizzas also looked excellent. But sadly, because of the noise, my review is lower than it would have otherwise been and I don't think we will return.

Delicious authentic Italian cuisine. Prices are reasonable and the service was excellent. We went for dinner last night and we’re in the area today and stopped by for a late lunch. Less crowded than on Friday night. Coffee is excellent and I’d go back for the coffee and tiramisu in a heartbeat. Today we had burrata, linguini Patricia, pasta and chicken with alfredo sauce, tiramisu and a cappuccino. Everything cooked perfectly. Will definitely come back!

Black spaghetti- First and foremost, why are the shrimp butchered and chopped into small pieces? Complete unnecessary, looks amateur and unappetizing. Shrimp was also overcooked, extremely dry and hardCreme brûlée- very small and incredibly thin, whipped cream on top is pointless. Creme brûlée is not supposed to have whipped cream on top. There was a LOT of whipped cream and it ruined the crispy exterior of the Creme brûlée and made it soggy halfway throughThere was an Italian server who worked here that was AMAZING!!! She was very attentive and took great care of our table, sucks the food was extremely mediocre therefore we will not be coming back

The service was great but felt rushed a few times- trying to take our plates while still eating. Food was delicious and came out in a timely manner. Pizza crust was a bit on the soft side for me. I prefer crispy. The red snapper was excellent. Would definitely order that again. My dirty martini was perfect. It's on the noisy side so it's hard to have a conversation.

I have been here many of times since I live in the area and this is the first time I leave a review. I am Italian and not everything is authentic but you can find very good food. What I feel recommending above everything is the pasta cacio e pepe, pizza regina and panino with bresaola (see pic)

Huge improvement! It's definitely a great go-to place for dinner with the family or if you just want to sit at the bar.
