I come to eat at this Panera location frequently & I have to say a lot of these low reviews have to be salty I’ve been here over 10 times and the service is always WONDERFUL shout out to Raquel & Davon for their super nice attitude, they go above and beyond asking how’s my day and are always smiling! The Manager Sabrina always all smiles you can see her leading her team always on the floor making sure the store is clean and presentable! This review was earned and the food is always hot and fast 11/10. Please come show this location some love

Why does it take 45 minutes to make a turkey sandwich.. it's not a Maserati your building. Ordered at 4:10 order came out at 4:52. It's called fast food for a reason.Don't think I'll be visiting again or any time soon.

Ok for what it is... nothing special. Pleasant, homey atmosphere. Staff are nice. Have had better and worse food. Would go back if no other options.

Placed an order through Grub Hub. A soup w/bread bowl and a pepsi were missing. No one called me in advance to let me know the options. So I called the location as oppossed to grubhub because this was the stores error. The manager on duty on 2/20/22, 8:30pm was AWFUL. No one was taking accountability for the errors made to my order. The lady that answered the phone was nice and seemed way more genuine. The manager DID NOT listen, he put me on hold while I was giving him my order number, so YES my voice escalated when he came back. I had to repeat everything over and over because he wasn't listening. He ultimately hung up on me because I told him that I would go further to make sure someone knows whats haplening there. They are usually such a well run location. I have NO IDEA what happened to this place.

This place is pretty bad. If it were possible I would give it a 0.5 starMy name was called immediately after my pager buzzed, so it wasn't that they waited to give me my food, the food was cold. When I told the young lady that my soup was cold she told me to put it in the microwave......... my meal was $17 and you're telling me to put it in the microwave? Why didn't it come out hot? 17 is very expensive for fast food that you have to throw in a microwave. For all that I'd go to target and take my behind home.This rating isn't even on the basis of one visit to this panera. The 1st time I went I got the Mac grilled cheese, it was cold and the tomato soup also not hot. To be very clear, it wasn't a mobile order that sat around for a while , in both cases I ordered to stay,,waited a good period of time for cold food.The only thing this panera is good for is self-serve coffee, and a pastry, and for the large Cafe which is nice when you just want to sit and read.Replace this place with a pret please

Long Wait for food. Clearly they need either a larger kitchen or better trained staff. They are working hard but something isn't adding up as to why you need to wait 20 mins for food regardless of the time you dine.

Never going back to Panera. Guest services are terrible and the waiting time is terrible. Manager Agustin and cashier very rude (afternoon shift). Cashier was rude, ignorant and elevate the discussion because my kids weren't vaccinated. When in fact, we had not problem eating outside. Manager Agustin, never apologized, never de escalated the situation going on. I asked for a refund of my money. Terrible guest service. I complained to the company, they emailed me but no concrete solution.

Service here is inconsistent at best and if zero stars were possible that is what they would get. I seriously don't know where to begin so ill start by saying this Please, Please have some discretion with regard to long hair, a young lady had extremely long hair style with NO HAIR NET, her hair was swinging and obviously touched a few surfaces... that's a huge red flag!There is a manager here who is a sweetheart but unfortunately the rest of the staff are seriously lacking. As it pertains to the food it varies, I personally love a good egg over easy on ciabatta and had to stop ordering it here because some days it was over easy , other days it was hard.Used to be regular here but it has declined so much I drive a few minutes more to another location. Rapid orders are a joke you get the alert that your order is ready and on the shelf , get inside and its not there. When you inquire they begin bagging the items as if they had no idea you placed the order and yet you may see a few of the items sitting alongside a paper bag incomplete. Their responses are odd its as if you've inconveniened them. I must say, someone really needs to hold an intensive customer service training course at this specific location, its literally like a twilight zone in there.

Staff is a joke .. 3-4 people on line takesMore than 20 minutes to handle. If they don’t like you they ask you to repeat your order 3x. Don’t waste your time here .. they need to fire everyone and start fresh.
