Please listen to the reviews. This food is disgusting and completely. The food is bad and has a terrible smell. I’m upset wasting almost $20. I will stick to the one at cross county. Straight to the trash.
Delicious fresh food in a friendly and clean environment... We stopped for dinner and it was good.. We would most likely stop again in the future

I wish I could rate this place zero stars. I had to wait 15 minutes for teriyaki chicken so I sit down thinking they would call me to let me know the order is ready and no they just leave me there to tend to other customers. Whoever you guys have working there need to be revaulated because I just decided to leave the store because I didn't want to look like "that" person even thought I was extremely hungry. Get it together.
I orded two bowls and they managed to mess up both orders. The employees were joking and laughing with each other even as I was standing by waiting for them to take my order. I was really disappointed with the service.

Every time I go to this Panda Express I'm treated like royalty compared to the locations in Manhattan. And on Fordham rd that is saying A LOT!! Zaria took care of me my last visit here 3/1/21. She was super kind and patient with me. Honestly her service extends beyond what I'm sure is expected from Panda Express. She is the example of how to treat a guest and make them feel at home. As a black man there are very few places in NYC where I can be treated nicely and it blows my mind how Panda Express excels light years ahead of 5 star places I've dined at. The staff here is always great! The food taste the same everywhere. Here is where you go for great service.
The "Latina" woman that served our food was so unbelievably rude. She also served my wife a plate with a whole uncut chunk of chicken. She became very nasty when preparing our side orders also. Please see attached photo. We were floored by her "I don't care" additude towards her job and customer service. For any branch managers or franchise owner reading this, please investigate the people you have working here. They are driving down your revenues and business.
I love Panda Express I usually work in downtown Manhattan and the food is delicious, I order from this establishment and I would never again order from Uber eats for starters the amount of food for the plate is unacceptable there was barely anything I could literally hold my plate of food with my pinky and the taste isn’t there as well very disappointing
