Very unsatisfied with the service here.1. The lady who answers the phone always with a attitude and rushing you off the phone.2. My chimi was soaked in soy sauce looked like black recedue from the grill.3. Waiting 1hr & 1/2 for delivery from Webster to Crotona Ave for 2 CHIMIS!!!!!!
Not the way of getting Dominican snacks. A make a better club sandwich and pastelito at home.
Customer service was really bad waiting over 25 minutes for our order. Also, touching customer with their gloves on while preparing food. And the manager there has no manners and respect for her customer.
GREAT PLACE for dominican munchies/food. We feel like we're back home eating Food Truck delicacies.

I ordered a Dominican Hot Dog and a Yaroa and with beef. Honestly I could of had a way better experience. The girl blonde girl with the yellow hat wasn’t attentive, didn’t greet me even if I was standing right Infront of her for 5 minutes, and didn’t ask me if I wanted to order anything. Luckily the brunette young woman I believe she was Venezuelan was kind and attentive enough to take my order.The Dominican hot dog ? was good and on point. I can 4 star the hot dog. The Yaroa with beef was also very delicious. I can rate 5 star for the Yaroa.
Food tasted really good. However I called over the phone and they were pretty busy. The lady got nasty with me and rushed me when I turned to ask my bf if he wanted something to drink. When I got to the place i asked for my order and the cashier/manager said it wasn’t ready but he didn’t ask anyone if they were making it. Since they were all scrambling in the back. I asked another lady and she said she would look for it. And when I finally matched the voice to the lady in there, I asked if she was the one I spoke with abs had to wait another 15 minutes because at this point I was the only one waiting for food. The spot had emptied out by the time I was able to see which was the lady I spoke to. They definitely need a new system in there because if that had been anyone else with a shorter temper or less patience and that place would’ve been lit up. Good food. Bad customer service. I also had a cherry juice and it wasn’t good to me.
Bad food quality , prep was great but biting into my taco taste like cat food . I bought two beef tacos and regret it.
