Amazing place and the breakfast was tasty. Excellent prices!
Food was great. Owner or manager (not sure which) seemed to be a bit prejudice, if not, racist. He seems to ask the black customers if they have paid or for ID for some odd reason but the light skinned or white customers just simply order their food, pay, and leave with no issues. He also disregarded me when asking a question multiple times.
Nice clean well maintained food joint in up coming Bronx. There might be scary people & places around this block so come in day time. Delicious food and drink. I was very happy because 2 NYPD officers just walked right behind me in the store that raised my comfort level from 10 to 100.
Food is sub average, but their bad attitudes is always there. Never fails, when I go there a rude employee. The only nice one is the owner which is why I’m giving two stars. But yes very rude workers.
My partner and I ordered bagel sandwiches. Was served hot and really good. Good customer service.
Under new management.Somebody does know what their doing. Sandwiches need to be made with the proper ratio of ingredients. Nobody asks for half a tomato and a quarter of an onion with their lox.
If you enjoy bagels and cream cheese, I would definitely give this place a try. I enjoyed their locs smear with lettuce, tomato and extra locs, and a good small black coffee to wash it down. Coffee was decent, the bagel was fairly priced. It seems to be a popular spot. Regulars and newbies consistently popping in and out. The customer service was good, friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back and try more options!
I felt like they didn't want me in there. They were not Friendly to me at all. I was staying in a hotel not too far from The establishment. I ordered over $20 worth of food, I couldn't even get marinara sauce with my cheese sticks and when I asked I was treated as though I wanted to much. I was given pizza sauce that taste Horrible. This was my 2nd time in there. And my whole order was Disgusting. I don't know if me being black had anything to do with it but I was treated as though they wanted me to hurry up and get out. I will never go back there and I would never Recommend This place to anyone I know.
Food tastes great, their mandarin salad, bagel cream cheese, and pizzas are my go to. CHECK YOUR FOOD, Got the wrong meat on my sandwich TWICE and I went back to change it, they changed it but got some attitude. It was a 10 minute walk but it was cold. Recently got raisin bagel once instead of sesame, didn’t bother going back but I’m really not into raisin bagels but ate it anyways :/
Delicious bagles, authentic bakery very much so needed in the community. They also make some of the best pizza in the area.
