Normally I enjoy this place, but the inconsistency with the delivery service is ridiculous. I ordered via grub hub, my order was cancelled due to “no delivery staff” (and I lost a $5 coupon) called to see if delivery would be Available at a later time, I was told “Yes, order through Grub Hub” (which I did the 1st time). So I did an hour later, this time doubling my order to use a 9 dollar coupon, went from 22-44 dollars. ORDER CANCELLED AGAIN!!!! Get you stuff together !!!!!!
Very popular place.I Didn't like the fact that my chicken cutlet was warmed in the microwave.I saw the guy over by the microwave.But I wasn't sure,After leaving and opening my sandwich it was confirmed..
The food is average at best its a bit pricey. The place is clean can get real busy at lunch time since it's across the street from Einstein hospital and calvary hospital
This is the worst place to order food from. Doctors, police and other city workers come here after working long hours and they never have my order correct. I have to explain 3 times i am allergic to mayonnaise and don’t put it on my sandwich and there’s mayonnaise on my sandwich. Now if i would’ve taken a bite and got sick i would’ve sued. Even though they are expensive i still went because it’s close to my job. But i will never give my money to this establishment & i will be telling my co workers at the NYPD to never buy anything from here. Also i asked for a refund and the cashier tried to act like he didn’t understand English. DO NOT EAT HERE
They messed up my sandwich order and refused to fix it when I asked. I have a dietary allergy to cheese and when they put cheese in my sandwich and I asked to have it fixed they refused and accused me of lying.

I ordered a ham & American cheese sandwich with mayonnaise and mustard. They gave me 2 packets of mayonnaise and a condiment cup of mustard.If I wanted to make my own sandwich I could go down the block to Stop & Shop for half the price. I pay you a premium to make the sandwich as I ordered it.

They take forever to make just a sandwich. If you know you have a rush of people coming in everyday at the same time from amazon why not hire more help? Making people late for work and the sandwiches be dry and are super expensive. I have waited over 30 minutes for my food to be made. That is ridiculous.
I was visiting my wife in the hospital and went to monte to get some food and they have so many things to choose from . Also the gentleman serving the people at the cashier was very helpful and courteous.Thank u
