son…why is my egg green?…. this isn’t even the sandwich i wanted & half way into eating it i realize my egg is the color of the grass outside. eggs aren’t suppose to be green. if i get sick im suing. usually i like the people that work there but who ever was working today was weird. im about to open my other sandwich hopefully it has a normal egg, also the caramel frappe is nasty

Terrible experience. For one they don’t give you good quality when you order drinks. I ordered a slushy as shown in the first picture and they gave me the slushy half way filled and that is not what I payed for, especially considering that I got the slushy in a medium size and they should fill it to the top of the cup. Likewise this place is very slow, I came in with a complaint about the slushy and I told one of the workers and he stood there for more than one minute not giving me a full cup slushy, eventually I had to tell another worker. Lastly the Big Mac that I ordered as seen in the photo didn’t come with enough lettuce and Sauce. Don’t recommend this place, the workers are rude as well.

Not everyone can adapt as quickly to the new way of ordering food at this Mc Cafe.For starters, once you come in, the place looks inviting but you are soon met with these three EnorMous screen panels that'll give any non-computer literate person some pause.Second, you cannot order at the cash register ? anymore because if you do you are taken by the 'cashier' over to the ever-frightening TV screen panel to place your order, leaving you MAD and perplexed ?‍?, because the same Three-Minute-long process spent at the GIGANTIC iPhone-like screen could have been averted by a simple and courteous 30-second long 'human-to-human' contact at the cash register. ? It's about Covid-19, say you? Naahh, that's not an excuse anymore. The cashier that helped me didn't have his mask properly placed over his mouth and nose ? AND there was no Covid cleaning or disinfectant used to clean the screen panels with every use. ?At another time when visiting this same Mc Cafe and using their drive-thru, I was met with a very 'rushed' cashier who kept saying after I uttered one word to the next "..is that it?...is that it?" annoying my own existence. ? No, I'm NOT a Karen but these young 17-21 need to understand that we older?? folks can't be rushed let alone be pushed around. ?

Slowest McDonalds of my life and they won't even ring you up at the front counter. You have to use the kiosk. So, if you have a mobile deal and you want to pay in cash, you're out of luck.

Great customer service here…long lines but it moves fast.

I get it’s located in the Bronx, but the general manager needs to step in as far as having these students/kids inside here. Obscene language, fighting, loud and belligerent behavior is unacceptable. Can someone be in charge of monitoring indoor dining? They buy a $1 drink and sit and make everyone feel uncomfortable. Disgusting.

I went there this morning at 10:57 . I wanted to order the 2 for 5 breakfast sandwiches. The young man was trying to take my order when a woman started yelling that at 11am no more breakfast specials. By the time the man got my order straight it was 11:02. I presume she was the manager. She was disrespectful, unprofessional and showed no customer service skills. When my order was added it up it was 43.00. I left and went across the street to Dunkin Donuts who was happy to get my business!

Another fantastic traditional breakfast!Juan is a great waiter..professional, quick and happy to serve. Awesome atmosphere!

These people got bad service, drive thru takes long , no one ever in the cashier to take orders, people never smile they look miserable . Just go in the morning and you’ll see.
