About the best carrot cake we have ever had. Light fluffy and delicious. You get addicted to these cakes. We love it without nuts and raisins.
Went back for seconds. Sooo delicious. Favorites are the Double chocolate, the pineapple, and ofcourse the carrot.
Poor customer service . The young Hispanic male who takes your order in the front is very rude , unhappy and unfriendly just like the rest if the staff. The carrot cake is extra sweet and not the best .

After I tasted a piece of Lloyds carrot cake at a dinner in Cold Spring I drove to New York City to get one for myself. Absolutely the MOST delicious cake I have ever tasted. Also bought a sample piece of their pineapple cake WOW!!!!!!! If you don’t like the customer service, well, get a cake to go

I don't even like carrot cake, but I will come here specifically for this carrot cake. How it stays so moist, I don't even want to think about, but lord is this a dessert from the heavens. It is a true Insider Tip!If you like carrot cake, you’ll love this one.Simply amazing! They are there for decades and still are hand crafting the cake from scratch, right there in a little bakery. Their little secret I guess: FRESH, fresh, fresh, not so sweet and not too heavy.The delicious smell of cake welcomes you already far before you can see the store.Just don’t go right before Thanksgiving as it is CRAZY busy! And I’m happy for them!They deserve it.
