I picked up a cake yesterday for 90 dollars. It was not packed properly. The the box was open - not even taped or roped up. Instead she stapled the box. When she was approached about the concern, the girl came off as rude and didn’t put the correct order. While carrying the cake, the cake falling apart. The entire cake looks horrible. It’s embarrassing to open this up for the birthday girl. I deserve a refund for this disgust of a mess.
I am utterly disgusted with the poor customer service that was given to me today. I paid for a cake that was done wrong over and over. I showed them the picture of what i wanted and they agreed that it will be done. I get there to pick up my cake and cupcakes (6 vanilla and 6 Chocolate supposedly) and i come to find that they had just packed up 12 vanilla. I asked where my 6 chocolate cupcakes were and the receptionist basically washed her hands and said its not her fault. No one called me to ask me if i would be ok with all 12 cupcakes to be vanilla. Then they bring out my cake. I wanted to cry because it looked horrible. I told them that what they gave me is absolutely not what i wanted. The owner never apologized, he washed his hands and basically dismissed my complaints. After an hour , they "fixed" the cake but it still looked poorly done. The receptionist that doesnt know how to do her job wanted to take a picture to post on Instagram and when i said no she still put it up. I commented about my horrible customer service experience on the instagram picture and voila they block me and disable the comment feature. Word of advice go somewhere else. they dont value your opinion and your hard worked dollar.

I’ve been going to this place for over 15 years well the one left the Bronx I’m sure it’s a visit every year for my daughter’s birthday cake and a cake for the holidays the older lady and her husband is always so welcoming. I love this place hands down
We bought a cake for my friends birthday and I took a slice home to eat. The very next day I took it out the fridge it was moldy with green spots on it. I cannot imagine how old this cake was if it went bad after just one day in the fridge!
