Today I had the most terrible experience ever. I came in was respected by the cashier she took my order like any other time. The first problem I had was waiting over 30 mins for my order the cashier assured me there was a wait because the workers were backed up I had no problem during the entire time I was there the manager kept giving me attitude when I asked what was the wait she told me I had to wait for pot pies but even after they were done she didn’t make my order right away. I asked her can she change my family combo because she gave me cold food she had a nasty attitude. She didn’t give me any utensils, or no napkins. She was arguing with one of the employees telling him to clock out as if they were in a relationship very unprofessional. She was giving the cashier attitude because she asked her for change because she couldn’t take orders. I don’t at all like her attitude and don’t think she needs to be working here if she doesn’t like to work. This has been by far the worse experience I’ve come across and would not recommend this location to anyone.
Order uber eat chicken breast and mash potato and a soda the chicken was so greasy that when I took the box out the bag the chicken fell out through the bottom the box was soggy from all the oil from the chicken chicken look like it was old and fry in dirty oil took one bite had to spit it out it was nasty mash potato came with no gravy and soda had no ice and it was flat my entire meal went to the garbage stay away from this nasty kfc
It's good that these places are still around to get old school style chicken.
How does someone order delivery from KFC & select multiple “add-on” sauces & don’t even receive ANY sauce that even comes with the combos I’ve ordered. Terrible. Do better
If I can give this place 0 starz I would. This place is dirty and ghetto / ratchet the staff are disrespectful and would put whatever they want in your order , food tastes dried and greasy and over cooked ,
The food is old and stale. The cashiers are rude. Every time I go when I get home my chicken is hard old stale. I'm done. KFC use to taste finger linking good but Popeyes has taken over!

They put mayo on my food had I would have ate that and got sick do they no what would have happened to that place more than a law suit.. so not any stars they get real talk.
