So the price of food has raised and yet still I could not get a ketchup package to go with my meal. I paid 10 dollars for a leg and thigh with fries a meal a meal has has 3 dollar increase but yet still when I request ketchup to go with my meal I am told no. That would be my last time spending money there. Yall raise the price which I have no problem paying but i am not paying 10 dollars for a meal where I cant get my money's worth. When I ask for ketchup I was told no ketchup with no apology for the inconvenience
Let me just start by saying, as I walked in the manager was screaming at a customer about him ordering the wrong item online. The man stated he ordered dark meat and the manager who was also the cashier told him he did not, and next time pay attention and order the right item. The man looked too frustrated to keep arguing, as he walked out, which was immediately followed by laughter and teasing from the staff. My experience ordering with manager was pretty pleasant, until he proceeded to open a bottle of water, pop a pill into his mouth in the middle of my order, and then wash it down with a sip of water and then close the bottle. After experiencing this and leaving shortly after with my famous bowl, I quickly realized, my famous bowl was stale and old. As a manager in fast food myself, I know old food when I taste it. Just really disappointed with this whole experience and I will not be coming to this KFC again.
FEB 10th Walked in with mask in hand, I was told to put my mask on only to see more than 1 employee without a mask on. So I asked, why is that employee serving food not wearing a mask, only to be told he's the manager. So I said he should set an example for the customers. LEON the manager then gave a high five to a customer that came in without a mask and served him food without telling him to put his mask on..There goes my KFC, at least from this location. My money is not welcomed there.
I ordered from Postmates a 2 piece breast and a wing and a pot pie fill up they call me and informed me there weren’t any pot pies so I said give me another 2 piece breast and wing combo wit a Mountain Dew well my food arrived its a 2 piece breast and back yes back and a 2 piece thigh and leg all burnt one Mountain Dew and one seltzer water all biscuits were hard as rock on top of that the food was 45 mins late don’t order from here
Very bad customer service. I bought spicy chicken sandwich cost $6. They charge me $26. When I told them to refund my money. They was so rude with me. I am going to call consumer affairs. And KFC head office. Their use bad language for customers. They have to say sorry for their mistake. I made video how’s their behavior and how they talk to me. I am going to send one video to consumer affairs and one KFC main office.
Food yuk fries were dried out and chicken more soggy than a sponge ball . Food was not fresh for serving at all , my son was not happy it all went in the garbage KFC boo! This was a drive through.
Fast service. Food was ok i have had better KFC.
They have mice in and out of the restaurant.Bad and slow service.It's also expensive "fast" food.They don't allow customers to use the bathroom, that is unfair!!
It was my first time there, staff were polite and friendly. I ordered the 2 spicy chicken sandwich combo, my wife loved it and so did I.
The drive through was a bit crowded, but the line was moving quickly so once the order was taken and payment made, wr were instructed to park in the front and one of the servers brought the meal to us. The meal was delicious
