If you can avoid this place, you should. The staff look and act like it's the worst job in the world. Everyone looked unhappy to be there. Then of course the menu comes next. The prices for eating out have gotten so out of control. I remember an 8 piece dinner costing about $22.00. Now the eight piece costs $30 before taxes. That's about a 25-30% price increase. Additionally the food was very greasy and just wasn't as satisfying as I remember it. Honestly, I think Kennedy Fried Chicken would've been better. Stay away at all costs if you can help it. Sorry folks, but that's my experience...and I write a lot of reviews on Google. Take it or leave it.
So I order a 4 piece combo meal thru the drive thru. I ask for a wing , breast and 2 legs. Before I drive off I look into the box to eat a piece and I notice the tiny wing ever so I ask the server why the wing was so small and he says there were all like that and I ask if they can give my another one. He goes and asks the manager and she says no. I then ask for a different piece and she asks for the wing back. SMH. Poor customer service.
The staff could be less rude and let you know if everything you ordered is included. I ordered on the app and went to the drive thru. I was told you can only pickup inside. I let them know it's my personal order, not uber eats or grubhub. No, you have to go inside. This location is not great for having to loop back to the front, you basically have to drive on the sidewalk for a moment. I go in, get my order, and ask why it couldn't be passed through the drive thru window. With attitude "all pickups are inside". Fine.Between that, the plates I asked for not being included, the biscuits solid as rocks, and the chicken being overdone and tiny, I will not be returning to this location.

1 cashier, ridiculously long wait for an online ordee. No manager in site. Mysic so loud you can't hear yourself order. Chicken cooked to the point of being burnt. Won't be back at this location.
Employees need to cover their faces fully when serving food. Mask should cover face and mouth. This is covid time!!!I left . you can't make money with nasty attitudes . Get with the program .Iam not returning.. Would give oo stars!

This KFC does not give you what you ask for. They give you what they want to give you. I will just go to another KFC where they give you what you ask for.
Saw the ad on tv , spicy chicken sandwich (of course the price wasn't the same as quote). Place was clean and service was ok
