I got there at 9:40 pm they close at 11pm for the third time they said they have no chicken!! They only had tenders apperantly but in reality its Because they are lazy this is unacceptable! I ordered nashville tenders they gave me regular tenders because again they are lazy! And also didnt give us any biscuits because its too much for them to make it with an hour and 20 minutes before the store close! Whoever runs this store needs to get their staff in order this is the first time i ordered after they told me theres no chicken and the third time they claim to not have chicken with an hour or more left on their shift! This is extremely unprofessional!
Don't go! I don't know what has been going on with this location but it is not it! Chicken was bland, no flavor. Kennedy fried chix has more flavor, I didn't receive my fries I ordered and last but not least the Chix sandwich was a bland fried chicken breast with hot sauce. Not worth my taste buds. Didn't taste like it came from the Colonel's kitchen!! The colonel would be disappointed! Get it together please!
DISAPPOINTED AGAIN! I don't know whats going on with KFC lately but this is a shame. "Tasteless Chicken" is what it should be renamed. Again I was looking for a decent meal late at night but this time it was my husband & I. We spotted a KFC on Webster Ave & went inside. I was skeptical because in Oct 2021( holloween) at 145 Lenox Ave I ordered "tasteless chicken". I was sooo mad because I was really hungry. I blamed it on the area thinking the hood was not taking care of business. But here on Webster Ave the same expierence chicken taste just dissapeared. What are they NOT doing to the seasonings. I'm going to bring this to the attention of some higher sources at KFC. KFC original chicken was once the Bomb back in the day. My hubby's meal was the same but he's a man & was starving so he ate it! What do expect they eat anything. But I had him return the food & they happily refunded my $11. Someone holla back if you think KFC has fallen off..Please
This is very sad so My husband and I ordered KFC from this location on Uber eats how sad can this be a little box of fries not barely any fries in it a mediocre chicken sandwich that was so sad it didn’t even taste spicy after I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich my husband ordered four piece chicken with biscuits two extra biscuits and another two extra biscuits only got one biscuit chicken was called it was supposed come with mashed potatoes and gravy never receive that at all coleslaw mediocre I will say this though the one enjoyable thing that I did enjoy was the macaroni and cheese sadly I will not be giving us any more of a star I wish I could give us zero stars fries were soggy and cold and disgusting no flavor the chicken sandwich that I ordered not spicy no flavor to it taste like they left it there overnight I will never order from this KFC on Uber eats or any app ever ever again if they cannot seem to get an order right My husband could barely finish his head around it as much as he could no flavor and I thought KFC was supposed to be good awesome like the good all days sad locations make for bad names for fast food places
KFC is way better then Popeyes not greasy ordered online food ready within 5 minutes great deal also bye Popeyes it was fun while it lasted but i moved on
I love coming here the stuff is amazing and always clean. Fast service food always hot. I love the fact that it had a taco bell too. Everything about KFC is awesome I recommend to anyone.
This location has the potential to make alot of money. Great customer traffic, However, they are overwhelmed by just two registers and limited kitchen staff to handle, walk in, drive through, takeout, delivery services. They need to create separate teams, kitchens, and cashiers to handle the overload of orders. EXPAND, EXPAND EXPAND. CUSTOMER SERVICE, SPEED, QUALITY, ACCURACY. It currently is not worth the wait or stop over. Needs qualified leadership. Don't take out frustrations on staff. This place seems designed to fail.
The cashier worker with long braids was so rude. I understand you hate your job and the rate they pay you girl but don't take it out on the customers.
Nice staff. They have a drive thru as well as free parking lot. Pull up. There's also a Taco Bell.
Make sure you call ? before you go to this kfc ? the last 2 times I went they were out of what I wanted gas ⛽ ? is too high for that
