First they charge you for your meal, then make a mistake and charge you a second time. Then when confronted regarding this error, the manager responded with a serious attitude. Got so bad that I had to get NYPD involved to get my money back.Terrible service and a lack of etiquette.. if I could rate this store a 1/2 a star, I would!And that's being considered!!!
5/25/22 went to kfc on bruckner, ordered a 8 piece meal and a kfc bowl, when I get the food I check to see if the chicken looks fresh. The chicken looked like it had been there all day ( not the first time I’ve had this problems with this location) I told the drive - thru person that I wanted to change the bucket of chicken for chicken that looks fresh , she told me that I had to come inside to address this to the manager. I go inside and precede to tell the manager that the chicken did not look good . She apparently did not take it well and said that all the chicken was fresh . She then with a attitude, gave me another 8 pieces of chicken. The chicken she gave me looked like the first batch, old and burnt. I’ve been going to this location for a long time and not all the was the service bad , but if the manager of this kfc thinks that the chicken was good , I’m writing this letter to advise kfc corporate that it should monitor the store to make sure that their product is satisfactory to its customers cause it wasn’t to me and my family. I Iuv my kfc but slowly and surely you are leaving me no alternative but to go to Popeyes…… thank you
I went there today a little after 5pm and she ask me my sides.. I said mash potatoes and corn, but I only want the corn if its cook correctly because my lady experience with the corn there was horrible. the young lady said " don't worry I'll make sure your corn is good" what do you think I git when I got home " hard scribble up corn" what a waste of money.a kindergarten could have made the corn better than you guys! Get it together!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Arrived at this location with my family to try and have a nice dinner. I was approached with the reality that still to this moment they are not allowing customers to sit down and eat. Secondly they are requiring people to wear a mask inside when this mask mandate has been removed in nyc. Avoid coming here to eat. Better just to go through drive through and double check your items twice. Also buy some water, tenders are super salty.
What could I say... Only good thing service was fast... it's KFC. CHICKEN WAS FRIED FRESH.
The food is decent here. But they definitely don't follow directions. I had to stop ordering online because every. Single. Time. They always seem to forget the sauce. The sauce you choose that comes with the meal is always missing. That makes no sense at all. Like yall think I want my food dry? I choose a specific sauce for a reason smh.
This is definitely NOT the KFC I grew up eating! This is THE MOST SALTIEST chicken I've ever eaten from the KFC brand! Please keep those chil'ren out of the kitchen & get some adults who know how to cook up in there!! They're over seasoning & burning up the chicken & then serving it to the customers like this!
Service was great only one thing that will make me not go back to KFC are their prices. I'm not cheap I understand times are hard, but when charging $18.65 for 12 wings,small mash and a medium drink, they're crazy....
Worst KFC in the Bronx! Horrible service and make sure you check your food before leaving the store because something is always wrong or missing SMH Employees are dumb as a rock and need to be smacked
This establishment has workers that are highly unprofessional. I called before I placed my order on Uber eats to make sure that they had what my family wanted because previously we didn’t receive what we ordered. They don’t let clients know that they’re out of stuff. So I called today to make sure and they do have what we wanted and I placed my order. When we received the order we didn’t get ANY sauce nothing. Not even what the order it self brings automatically again. They burnt the strips as well. And when I called back at 3:23pm this female had an very aggressive attitude and said “you can come and pick it up” I had to hang up on her after that comment. first off: you don’t speak to paying customers like that and secondly if I was ABLE to go and pick it up I would have that’s why I paid for Uber eats. These dégénérâtes don’t deserve 15.00 hr especially when they don’t want to do their job. This is not an isolated incident either.
