I will give this place another try and I will update the stars then. However, I ordered the shrimp tacos and it was a hot mess. I couldn't pick up the taco because the tortilla kept breaking apart into literal crumbles. I had to eat my tacos with a knife and fork.??♀️ It wasn't the usual tortilla it was a weird type of thin flat bread and I didn't like it. For 12 dollars I got 3 tacos with a total of 7 small pieces of shrimp. One taco had 3 pieces and the other 2 tacos had 2 pieces. And then mad onions and tomatoes. No lettuce, cheese.. u know the things that usually go in a taco. It's def not what I expected.However, I gave 3 stars because I also ordered the oxtails which they gave a lot of thank God because the pieces were small. But there was a lot so I won't complain. And it was very tasty. That I will def order again.There were a lot of things on the menu I wanted to try so I will go back and pray the tacos is their only fail on the menu.
Djs are bomb, BUT bar drinks $19 on a weekday and they taste like juice!!!Mind you, I’m a light weight.
My experience has always been great until yesterday with a different bartender usually the young lady that’s at the bar wasn’t there, the dread head lady was at the bar and her service was horrible very unprofessional. The lady didn’t even have the decency to talk to our table after ten minutes and all she was doing was talking with the other guys that were sitting at the bar. So we decided to sit the bar so she can attend us and she still took an extra five minutes before she just walked to us. All she did was walk to us she didn’t ask what we were having or anything she just stated she didn’t even give us a menu. She told us that they didn’t have any margaritas or mojito which was understandable cause they opened late due to some in store issues that doesn’t take away the fact that she had poor customer service skills.
If you can’t get a simple beef pattie right in a Caribbean establishment than why open up a restaurant? Mac and cheese is so greasy and taste like pepper . Waited 12 mins for one piece of friend chicken for it to be less than mediocre. 1-10 go to the Spanish restaurant instead
Great food and drinks! They even have a live Dj to make the place more lively. Absolutely recommend to go with a group of friends to have fun :)
The food and drinks are amazing . Food is always made to order and kitchen is open late. Happy Hour is 3pm to 8pm Monday to friday perfect for an after work get together.
The best Jamaican food I have eaten and I been to Jamaica. The music is always good and the drinks from Rosie the bartender are top notch

Me and my wife went there on a Sunday night. We wanted to have drinks, so we sat at the bar. The decor and atmosphere of the place was amazing. The waiter, Brandon who attended to us was great. This is a great place for either having a nice night with your significant other or just kicking it with your boys and watch the game. The food and drinks were great. I give this place 5 stars. I will definitely come back to this Bronx gem soon.
