I was disappointed to see the negative reviews that people gave. This location is EXCELLENT! Yes, sometimes a customer may have to wait a few minutes but that is because of the huge amount of orders that they have to fulfill. Which speaks of the popularity! It is very clean, the fruits/veggies are fresh and the staff are very friendly (they even recommend things to me). I would suggest if a person is in a hurry to call in their order ahead of time. I am about to call in my order now ?❤️
Very humbled and polite. They have one size of cup. but, if they make more than it fit in the cup. they will give you the rest of the leftover shake or any other drink in another cup. Other places they throw it out. Why wasted healthy food? Plus by them doing this, it just keeps customers coming for more and happy.. I love this places....??
I’ve given this location plenty of tries but each time leave disappointed… staff is extremely rude, except the one female who I’ve seen. Also they are selective who they give extra smoothie too in the little cup when they make too much. Everytime for me they dump it even if I ask.. this location is also extremely dirty every time I go. I’ve never seen it clean.. not LGBT friendly either. You can catch the vibes and they not good.. guess I’ll only be going to castle hill location where they give you the extra smoothie everytime, it’s clean and the staff are nice.
Great service, great juices. My fav is green Supreme with a shot of ginger on the side. They have drinks for everything especially hangovers!
This new rotation of employees is a pity to this business. Some of us use Uber eats to place orders ahead of a busy schedule and instead, they label orders as complete and even with time in advance they STILL do not complete the order on time. You would still have to wait for an order placed, paid for and confirmed as complete over 15 minutes the estimated pickup time on NON peak times when no one is in the store. Taking my business up the street to the new juicer deli.
I went in there super excited to order a smoothie I had been craving for days. First they had no coconut flakes for my smoothie then they didn’t have no coconut either. They offered coconut oil? I was so turned off by this. I am a juicer and don’t think any juice store shouldn’t operate if they cannot offer clients all ingredients to the juices they offer. Truly dissapointing.
If you in the bronx and havent been here. Move out the bronx! Best place to get right. Amazing menu.
