It was my second time visiting the Bronx location. This place is truly unforgettable in a great location. Jakeâs steak sauce is so good and paired well with my steak. My waiter Christian was amazing and he truly made my boyfriends bday special. Iâm happy that I finally tried their dessert menu. I had the cheesecake and it was SOOO Good
Overall wonderful experience. Our server was delightful and took his time to make sure our dining was memorable. It was my husbands birthday and we were happy to have chosen Jakeâs.
A very comfortable dining establishment. Sliced sirloin was excellent, juicy with great taste. Garlic mashed potatoes were creamy and were nicely cooked without a overwhelming garlicky taste. Mixed vegetables were mostly different peppers. They could have used less peppers and different vegetables. Dessert selection was ample and the cream brule was above average. The fruit garnishes added to the quality of this option. Portions were more than ample, especially the steak. There are at least two levels. Did not see any handicap access from thefront stair entrance up to the upper levels of the restaurant.
We had a fantastic dinner. Marcus was our waiter. He was awesome. Jakeâs never disappoints. Hard to find a place that has great food and great help and Jakeâs has all of that.
Service and food, as always, was excellent. So grateful to have Jake's in our neighborhood.
Food was great. It was a little cold at first the AC was on very high. Table behind was loud for a while. No fault to the restaurant or staff. But they quieted down after a bit. Overall experience was very good.
It's always a pleasure to dine at Jake's. Everything is always right. The ambience and service are always perfect, and the food is consistently fantastic. Our latest experience was completely satisfying, except for the jerks at the next table who were screamingly loud in an otherwise quiet room. I don't blame Jake's for that.
