Decided to go here after 6 years passing by every morning going to work. My newphew came to visit us and asked us to take him here for hibachi. I told him ok but I am 100 percent sure we will not be happy. The food was just ok not a big deal. Total for 3 $149 plus 25 dollars tip as per there request. I left 18 dollars tip and we left. the waitress runs out the restaurant as fast as she would approaches us getting into our car and told us we need to tip more an additional 7 dollars cause she has to tip the chef . We told her 18 was good enough she said no no I want 7 dollars more. We gave it to her and she grabbed the 7 dollars more and left. Wow wow wow wow. How discusting and unfprofesional was that. We will never ever every go back. I knew it from the beginning that it will not be a good place to eat that's why all this years I refused to come here. Never again. My cousins has the same issue. Soon they will go out of business
First time eating here today and I was impressed. Dimly lit inside gives a cozy feeling. Perfect for date day or night. They have a hibachi side as well which I will try next time I go. The food was great and so was the sushi. Waiters are very friendly and nice. I know most people probably don't care but the bathrooms are spotless & gorgeous. Can't wait to go back
Great Hibachi and sushi! I’m always satisfied at Ikko.
I've been coming here since the grand opening in 2019. This is one of my favorite spots whether it'sto catch up with friends, because we're just hungry, or we wanted to get out and not go far. Service is always ALWAYS terrific! The staff is friendly and willing to assist. We order a bunch of things from the menu like apps, rolls etc to share and then we have our entrée and drinks. The drinks are also good. They have sake, wine, cocktails and I'm sure they have beer (but since I don't drink beer don't quote me on that one). The food has always been fresh and they cook things to your preference. If there was something I didn't like it was due to personal choice not because it was something wrong with the ingredients themselves. They also check if anyone has any allergies to anything. Also, there's both a Hibachi side and a regular seating side so you can take your pick of which side you'd like to sit on.Of course I will return!! I have only been given reasons to continue to go back. Also anyone I have ever taken there has enjoyed themselves so it's a win/win.
Great seafood boil. Also have a hibachi area. Be aware refills for drinks are not free. You do have to pay for every refill. But other then that food was amazing. Service was great.
They demanded a bigger tip. Everything was going fine until they demanded a tip. Instead of starting an argument I gave it. But I'll never go back because instead of giving workers a living wage, they rob guests for their money. I gave a 5$ tip but they wanted 10$. Tip is optional. Nobody has to give a tip if they don't want to. We pay for food, the resturant should pay the workers. It's not our job to pay the workers.Food was good.
Food was great but let's be honest what do you go to hibachi for? The show right? Well the day I went it was my sons birthday and the chef did not make it fun at all. Very dry. All in all good food but if you are looking for a show this is not the place to go.
