These ladies are so accommodating and really sweet. My server, Dora suggested a perfect meal combo. I waited too long to eat so of course I got full fast but the food was good. I live n Brooklyn but come to BX for my mechanic. I'll be back here for sure. Thank you IHOP staff for ur professionalism. 6.16.22

This is the worst ihop I’ve ever been to first of all it look like they hire their workers from the area ghetto!!! Just like the area I waited 35 min just so a waiter can take my order while they all bickering and fighting and cursing don’t come here please save your money and sanity

Customer service is terrible here, don't expect much, we wasn't even greeted by hostess or waitress. Ordered a breakfast sampler, eggs over easy and lemon ricotta crepes. The eggs came out over medium, the creeps were wet and tasteless, the lemon ricotta tasted expired, and the orange juice was watered down. Try a different IHOP, or take a ride to Denny's.Edit: we asked for a refund of the crepes, it was only 4 bucks, but it was the principal of it, not the money, why serve food like that?..when we asked the waitress, she asked if we wanted something else, I said no and wanted a refund and she said no she can't do that and asked if I wanted something else, so we asked for the manager. The manager came 5-10 minutes later refunded the crepes on the machine, and dropped the check on the table without saying anything, then walked away (I was surprised she was the manager tbh). The direction IHOP went with their place is crazy, McDonald's has better customer service

Food was pretty good but the waiting time when you sitting down waiting for your food is pretty long. I waited there for 20 minutes to get my food and the place wasn't even full. So, I could only imagine the wait time when it's packed.

The food was very dry. The fries where the only good item. They didn’t even give us the right order mine supposed to have bacon and his had nothing to do with mc and cheese. The customer service is good but food isn’t.

We were happy to see the new IHop on 149th St. Good location across from Lincoln Hospital. The space is good, quick to seat us, food was fresh and tasty. But, next time we will need to have another server. Our server needs training in customer service. She made having coffee a complicated experience with her explanation then she gave us a carafe of almost cold coffee. She did not readily change it. I needed to politely tell her a few times it was cold and had to ask her to change it. She should have done it from the get go. She made us feel like we were a bother. We had to ask other servers to help us with new empty cups. Then the restaurant automatically added a 15% gratuity to the receipt. Should be an option. The review might have had 5 stars if we had better service.

The food was good and the staff friendly. Restaurant clean, my only complaint is that the server stayed too long to return to check-in to see if we wanted anything else. My husband and I will go back.

Don't bother to ever order online from here. With both Uber Eats and Grubhub I always have something missing, It's main meals and they can never send anyone to bring you what you are missing. I spend over $100 dollars on food to have items missing so that someone in my family always ends up short or not getting their food and it's terrible. I'm never ordering from here again.

Breakfast is goodPrice is goodService is okThey staff is always cleaning and wiping things downThe earlier you go the better, they do a really good job with checking ID and proof of vaccineI feel like they seat people a good social distance apart.

I just got a sirloin tip breakfast from grub hub...this steak is amazing! And I've had this meal from this location before but it was not this good!. Who ever is on the grill right now needs a raise ?
