My food was cold the butter to look at it this is the second set of spoons & forks the glass water wasn't clean never again wow

My husband and I were very disappointed that other this ihop. We figured since it was in a good area it would be a great experience… the customer service was horrible!!! We were basically invisible!! The waitress was yelling at the cook about messing up the orders which made us nervous about our food! My husband got his food first… his pancakes weren’t done and were leaking batter… by the time I received my food my hubby was almost done with his. My food wasn’t bad, but because of all that happened previously I was turned off. The waitress was a ghetto older lady who basically ran the floor alone. She didn’t come to see if we needed anything to drink… and as we was leaving she offered us water. The tables are extremely small and there’s no space in there to comfortably sit and eat without people passing and hitting you. We ended up sitting at a table that was shaking and leaning after testing out two other tables that’s were either in the way of people walking or too small for an average sized human.. and they all were dirty…the space in the tables are great size for a toddler. Overall!! We will never come back to this IHOP and we don’t recommend you go their either!!!

Went and had breakfast here this morning and had a male server from the south, needless to say me and my family hasn’t received great warm service like that in a long time. He really made us feel at home, made the young kids feel included and he made sure we had things without us asking. Will be asking for austin every visit ❤️

Ok food. Abit boring in taste. Nothing wow about it. But service and staff top notch.

Food was amazing, customer service was amazing, energy and vibes were DOPE!!And to top it all off, when I was ready to get the check, the waitress told me that the patron sitting in front of me paid for my food! I thanked him and told him how much I appreciated it! Hos me was "Ross" and he told me he did it because he was having a bad day and he decided to come in and get breakfast there and when he came in to sit down I smiled and him and that made his entire day! ?????. I was just extremely happy that lil ole me could do something so small for someone that comes naturally to me! ?? So maybe one day if you're reading this... THANK YOU AGAIN ROSS! ? BLESSINGS...

The house salad is completely change and different. They don't have blue cheese. Definitely disappointing, it didn't even have shredded cheese. The big brunch burger was pretty good. The service was good. The place was nice and clean including the bathroom. I recommend it. Just don't get the house salad unless you want it to be extremely healthy with mixed greens. Only two option of dressing for the salad ranch and one more just can't remember what it was. Everyone's food looked pretty good and was fresh. The server even gave us plastic cups to go so we can put our soda's she had brang us. She brang refills for everyone. That was good service.

I do like that there are some familiar faces still working there. But some of the staff seem to not be too friendly and want to just rush you in and out. That isn't what this particular IHOP is known for. If I wanted that kind of service I would've gone to a different IHOP. They do need to do some reconstruction on the place though after so many years, it is way too small, especially the restrooms

These Double Blueberry Pancakes were just perfect and delicious! I am so glad that I decided to try it for the first time at IHOP.

Sadly the food was substandard compared to other ihops. Hashbrowns were brown and soggy, not much gravy and the service was slow. Pancakes were fine.

Restaurant was freezing cold. Absolutely NO heat what so ever. My kids and I had to eat with coats on. By the time we got our food that was cold too. It was not a good experience.
