Horrible service! placed an order at 7am and was told it would be ready in 10mins, 26mins later and the order is still not ready. No apologies was given for the delay and the inconvenience caused. To make matters worse the person who took the order over the phone was unprofessional and her behavior was ignored. Turned out the lady who took the order was the person preparing the meals, so what happened? Sigh! There were no other customers before us or waiting with us and we had to leave without our meals.
They are severely understaffed to the point where there’s one waitress working tables. And she’s rude. She forgot to give a man a coffee cup and when he asked for one, she reacted completely out of pocket and stuck up her middle finger! The staff are all on their phone. The manager is not resolving any issues that customers have in an appropriate manner. I have been here for over 20 minutes nobody came to take my order or check on the table.
I placed an order on DoorDash from here they would not allow me to put special instructions through the DoorDash app so I called the restaurant. It took me 3 calls to get through, then when I finally get a person he says “hold on” and hangs up the phone. They are very unprofessional. If you have a restaurant it is important to answer the phone and appease ALL guests In person and delivery orders.. I’m never ordering from this ihop again. Also if you’re not going to allow modifications thru the app then at least pick up the phone so people can have their food cooked the way they want it cooked.All I wanted was my bacon cooked well done it was no option for it…
Service sucks.Food was regularI had a pulled pork mac & cheese sandwich. My son had a stake burger both came with fries
My omelette was on point. My food was nice and hot, both my dad and myself were very pleased. The staff were very courteous and very attentive. I had Winston as my server, he was a very pleasant person, I appreciate that he spoke to my dad in Spanish and spoke to me in English. The place has been around for quite sometime, there may be writing from crayons from kids, but that is a parents fault not the establishment, so that to me is cosmetic, my main concern is the food and staff, and all I can say is my dad cannot wait to go back! Sometimes society can be really hard on people and I only hope you continue to get good patrons who can appreciate and recognize the effort you guys do to accommodate those! Kudos to great customer service!!!! ?
Wonderful! GO EARLY because it gets packed and parking is horrible! It's more of a neighborhood IHOP and walking ?♂️ to it is better than ?. You must pay to park on the street. Service is amazing. The spinach, mushroom ? and cheese omelet is huge and delicious! ☕️ was hot and fresh. Nicely designed interior to accommodate customers and the wait staff is amazing. GO EARLY!!
Wonderful wait staff. The place could use a cosmetic makeover due to torn seats, drawings on the protective covering between booths, dingy bathroom with no touch less capability. Can't complain about the food as IHOP always satisfies.
The place was quiet, service was great, the food was delicious, everything was served the way we order, we for sure are coming back for more. The staff very friendly and polite.
