Manager and Staff were great and very friendly. My first time there and felt like a regular . Manager was awesome. DJ Was sending turn up vibes and the kids had a blast dancing in the booth. Overall definitely coming back

Had a seafood boil with shrimp (head-off) and it was great. Potatoes and corn with noodles too! Love the happy hour! Staff has been nothing but nice and very fast with service! It is all well worth the money!
Hook & Reel is one of the best restaurants my family and I ever been to. The food is exceptional; full with lumscious flavor. We love it. I love that my son love the chicken tender- his favorite meal on the kids menu. The staffs are very attentive and hands on. The services are amazing. Thank you .
It was a beautiful evening and the music on Wednesday with a touch of karaoke is amazing touch to the atmosphere. The service is great and the food was excellent, I recommend it for a mid week dinner 5.stars
I just love ❤ Hook & reel .. The customer service is beyond the best I ever had in a VERY LONG TIME. I never had a bad experience... I truly want too thank Mr. Chuck, which is the current General Manager. I love the way he Interacts with customers and his Staff/team, he always has the same humble attitude, He's always smiling. I love the Fact that his customer service is 100% ALL THE TIME.. IF I DIDNT HAVE A JOB ALREADY LOL I WOULD LOVE TO ? BE MANAGED BY MR. CHUCK. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING BEST ?? Really good spot to grab some great seafood and chill with people. On Wednesday they do karaoke and the dj is awesome! He makes everyone feel like they are performing hits shows and if you come later on during the night he have it turnt up!Music is not loud but a great way to hear great music before you head home or out for the night! A definite! Good job hook and reel. Wish that dj brings that parkchester party to co-op city and 161st!
Food was good. I'm not a sea food lover myself, my wife is, but my chicken tenders were thick, my sweet potato fries actually tasted like sweet potatoes, and the corn on the cob was good, not too hard, not too soft. Our waiter appeared new but he did such a good job that I tipped 20% ( I normally stick to 15%). This was our first time here and we'll definitely be coming back.
