I think the only reason I gave them 1 star is because we at least got water. The place wasn't even crowded. The waitress asked if we needed some time to look over the menu and we did. 20 minutes later we are still waiting for her to come back to take our order while she is in a corner talking to some people. I had to ask 2 people to call on her and finally the one worker that called on her got her out the corner and she never came to us. We then decided to get up and leave to another restaurant. We went to a restaurant nearby and we immediately were taken care of. The poor service at HK Kitchen & draft house was enough to never go there again, nevertheless recommend them to anyone.
The layout is nice with the bar in the middle, big flat screen TVs. The servers have always been really great. They're really cool, very helpful and always checking in on you. I've tried their Mac & Chesse, wings, tacos, fried Califlour and they're all really good. Also their pouch drinks are all good. This a solid spot with good food, drinks, service and all at a good a price.
They were extremely accommodating for our large group. The happy hour specials are a great value, both for food and drink. I definitely vouch for the $5 happy hour wings (delicious, although there wasn’t a big difference between the hot and mild versions). I’ll definitely be back here!
Great service and the menu has a good variety. American to Mexican to rice an beans. During the day is kids friendly.
Amazing customer service! The manager and staff were very helpful and were able to accommodate my party of 12 for dinner.The service and food was great! Had diverse menu options, which worked well for our group. HK has a nice atmosphere, with friendly staff and is a chill place to hang out. I definitely recommend.
All of the staff members were very nice and offered helpful suggestions. My friend and I ordered an appetizer that never came but it ended up okay because our entrées were plenty big (and delicious).My friend did find a bone in her chicken quessadilla but she didn't say anything to our waitress because we were finished with our meals.
5 de mayo was the bomb! Excellent place for drinks and good times, loved it!
I give them one star for the waiter who looked like he was working all the tables completely alone. He was very nice and extremely apologetic as we sat for over an hour for cheeseburgers, potato skins and shrimp taco (only to never get the shrimp tacos or potato skins and taking them to go. I give the second star because the food is tasty but thats all they deserve today. Meanwhile the table directly next to us came in long after we did, ordered drinks and steaks and tacos and were already digesting their meal before we got the remaining of our order to go. We entered at 6 and at 8 we were still asking about getting the check to leave and 100% frustrated and 2 of us still hungry.
A great place for dinner, great music and Tvs to watch the games, the lobster mac and cheese is one of my best in the restaurant…
Great food!!!! And I am very picky with my burgers delicious!!!!! The onion rings was amazing the batter was delicious best onions rings I’ve ever had!!!! I had a lettuce wrapped burger and wow delicious as well thank you so much went there for Easter brunch I will be returning !!!!! Truffle fries was delicious ? I am amazed at this place seriously go eat here very simple but satisfying the gentleman who answered the phone on Easter was so patient and he understood what I wanted … love love loved it!!! Good eat here you won’t regret it ?
