They didn’t put the pearls and the boba gave me a drink with a lot of ice and when I went to confront them the said I had to pay for another one and were rude
Gong Cha has the best bubble tea in The Bronx. Service is quick (clean), and they have plenty of flavor & topping options (e.g., light ice, sugar level) and a rewards program.
The drink is delicious the people are the best they treated me like if I was the maneger the drink made me feel like if I am in the clouds and there was this lady she was so nice if the owner sees this just know she is super nice I went over there today at 8:40pm around there or 8:20 so give that lady a thanks
Amazing place the owner is very attentive to their store and wish to prosper in the future. I recommend this place for everyone please come and stop by. The bubble tea is fresh and great.
The tea is great but I just didn't like the fact that I asked why my price was more than the menus and the cashier today helpful with selecting but didn't even explain why, said the prices changed when the receipt did otherwise. Feel stupid and it was just an upsell for themselves, makes sunmer but do it correct. Will not return to this one specifically.
Good bubble tea. Have been to this location twice now. Definitely get here at least 30 minutes before the listed closing time as they close 15 minutes before the listed closing time.
