I have given this restaurant many chances but I am done. I order from them Pretty frequently and it amazes me how they always seem to do something wrong. It’s never the taste of the food though (which is why I’ve always reordered), it’s always that they forget something or over charge me. The WORST part is, their customer service!! I’ve literally had arguments with the employees there because they refuse to believe they were wrong or they forgot something. And they just don’t care to make it right. Well this was the last time they are getting my money because never again.
I've been ordering from this place for at least 2 years. I've had the same delivery guys and I believe the same workers have been there consistently for some time now. My food is always great from here. When they aren't busy my food can come quicker than the eta given but sometimes when they are busy the food can be later than I would like. Regardless I would still give them five stars - I think that overall really do their best and I always appreciate that they read my notes and always do their best to fix any problems I have
I just want to talk about the coffee for now! This is probably one of the most satisfying cups of coffee I've had in a long time. So thank you Golden Eagle II for that one. Now the sandwich was another story. Let's just say the coffee saved this review!
