BE AWARE!!! this place is ridiculous. I ordered a chicken chimi and it came with no chicken what so ever, just cabbage, mayo, and ketchup. Also, the beef chimi was too dry and not really tasteful. Let alone the $.50 chicken croquettes, most disgusting thing I've ever tried. You guys just lost another customer, I won't come back to this place.In addition, pay attention to your customers and their orders. Your staff was very rude and seemed not to care when I called back saying that my chimi had no chicken.
I went there couple hours ago and me and my sister were able to enjoy one of the best smoothies we have ever taste in our life. Great costumer service. The name of the employee that made our smoothies is Milly and she is just great at what she does! I would definitely going back to this place when ever I be back in New York.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Everyone here has a horrible attitude and should be fired. The women working here are the worst and will have you waiting for an order for over 45 min mean while the whole time it’s ready they’re simply being lazy.And don’t order through Grubhub, your order will simply get cancelled. This business needs a huge turn around. Its a shame because the food isn’t horrible just the disgusting quality of service.

Customer service wasn’t terrible but could be better. Their ordering system needs to be a little more structured. The smoothies I ordered were horrible meaning bad tasting. Would not go here again ??
