Most of the employees could definitely use some hospitality training... Good Pizza... understandable that this is a busy and known establishment, the counter service is rushed and you barley have time to think about what you want.The guy that handles the register needs some patience when asking customers for payment. Again good Pizza, the service aspect needs some work.
My favorite pizza place to order in the Bronx, and one I fervently recommend to my friends. The grandma pie with spinach and mozzarella is now legendary, but I personally recommend an anchovy pizza plus some combination of mushrooms, tomato, garlic, black olives, or onions.Also recommend the wings and the croquettes (which have a delicate lemon flavor that you'll find nowhere else). Plus they deliver quickly! Make sure to tip well.
The pizza taste good, I brought the deep dish mushroom pizza can't wait to try it later.
I WAS a regular customer of this place. Unfortunately the kid that answers the phone is unprofessional, and rude. This evening I called in to place my second order in one week. I ordered the same exact thing as I did earlier in the week- cavatelli pasta with vodka sauce- (it was delicious the first time) and a grilled chicken caesar salad for my wife. I received regular tomato marinara sauce which was disappointing… but I figured a simple phone call would fix it. I called back and explained that I received the wrong sauce and the guy got very defensive, stating I didn’t PAY for vodka sauce?! I explained I don’t mind paying more but was sure of what I ordered. He rudely cut me off and repeated how it’s an extra $4, which I have to pay the driver and that I need to return the pasta I received. I have never seen a food establishment make a mistake on a delivery, try to charge the customer for the mistake and act as if I’m trying to get over with some free pasta or something?! The marinara sauce was sour and nasty- they just lost a long time customer from the neighborhood
The most fresh and delicious pizza around the area. Top notch food, amazing service from all the guys and very reasonable prices. Will definitely continue to come to Frank’s!

Today I ordered the fresh garlic pizza , I added on mushrooms peppers and olives. The pizza arrived on time , hot, looked great , absolutely no garlic, it was advertised as a fresh garlic pizza that’s why I ordered it , so I did not get what I asked for. Had a little chat with Slice the app that I used to purchase the pizza and they told me they refunded the money for the garlic, makes no sense at all.
Meatball parm hero - very sad meatball parm hero. Two meatballs cut in half. Very disappointing.
First time coming here and definitely won’t be my last. Very hard to find good pizza in the Bronx but I definitely was impressed and satisfied. Not too saucy and not too much cheese. Just right!
Last night I did an Uber delivery order from this restaurant & I was very happy! The order came 20 minutes earlier than promised. The food was still piping hot. The delivery person was friendly. The bread was soft. The baked clams were fresh & had plenty of extra sauce for dipping the bread. The portion of the baked ziti left me with leftovers for the next day. I'll definitely order from this place again! Great job guys!
