Horrible customer service with no pre-order service.it was 12:15 in the night got off of work and decided to get some food. I CALLED AND SPECIFICALLY ASKED DO YOU HAVE DEEBI AND the Lady said “YES” When i get there in less then 2 minutes SHE SAID WE DONT HAVE IT.I mean if you don’t have you shouldn’t be telling people that you have. I was so mad that HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE AFTER ALL I CALLED BEFORE COMING.THEY ARE SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND ITS DISGUSTING. They Need some discipline and rules to run this business. And especially fire this lady who doesn’t even know how to talk with there customers.
It was my first time there and the food was delicious, very tasty can’t wait to go back and eat there . The lady who get the order was very slow and no salad wasn’t ready no side , I want to pay and she was eating right there and she say you need to wait because am eating and it was so funny because the client always have the right to go fast and pay but she say wait. But the food was very good. They need more organization inside the place .

The manager is great, but the two dark skin girl are the worse I have ever seen. I worked at a restaurant before and I promise I would have been fired if I was acting like that to customers. You will wait so long before they decide to take your order and when you ask them to take your order they either do not respond or give you attitude by looking at you like you are crazy. The food is great but the service is very poor. I will complain every time I go there which is crazy because I am choosing to spend my money there.
They have vet good food and they are very nice. Owners and his son run this place for long time. They are very decent people and respectful toward customers. Always greet with smile. Thanks for their service
My new African spot for, the best lamb I ever tasted I love them definitely recommended.
The food was really delicious. We had the lamb and tilapia. Best lamb i've had. Will be going back tonight.
Live this place have to visit whenever I'm in the bronx. The restaraunt itself could use some serious updating but the food is so good that you won't even care. I always get their dibbi. Large portion sizes affordable prices, great taste.
Food prices up a bit due to covid but they feed you more than you can eat!
You can't lose coming here. I drive a 1 hr and 30 mins to get food. If that's not proof of the quality and cleanliness of there establishment.
