I've come to this bakery for years, and everything every one used to be nice,but the staff the workers if they get what you paid for wrong they blame you for it, even though you were clear. The way they talked to me as a customer of many years is disgusting if you are having a bad day don't take out on your customers, if u make a mistake don't blame your customers.
Terrible customer service, their pastries and food are okay. Whoever is the owner needs to train their employees for better customer service. We are there to consume and pay for our things, not to be given an eye roll, nor to be given an ugly face because you’re unhappy about your job. Needless to say, we won’t be returning customers any further.

Ok so I tried getting a cake made for my niece bday and they told me they have pics on Instagram and I found one I liked when I requested it they told me no they won't do it that its too complicated and there is too many colors. Plus the baker only did it once and refused to re create it. I guess they won't want my business anymore so I went somewhere else.
The bakery was organized and clean. The quality of customer service is great here. Juana took wonderful care of us. The only thing that they are missing is a credit/debt card machine.
The worst customer service ever the owner need to train her staff... the staff can be disrespectful ova the phone and when you go to the store they ignore you ...then they get mad when you ask to speak to the owner SMH

There was a dominican lady with glasses. Had a nasty attitude. Charged me for everything but didn't give me everything I ordered. The cakes were all disgusting tasted old and stale. Still tipped her because I'm just nice. Never again going back
