I explicitly told the guy when I placed my order; “no tomatoes, no ketchup” in my burger cus my son has allergies. When my order was called, I asked the lady again if there’s no tomatoes and ketchup. She asked the guy who prepared it to make and he said that there was none. When I got home, there were two tomatoes as shown in the picture below. I called them and the woman who answered told me to come back for a replacement and a gift card. I realized that it’s not worth the 30 min drive round trip. Lesson learned. Do not rely on them. I should have INSPECTED it myself. Or do not come back to this place anymore!!!

Food is good, service was ok. Definitely very clean place to eat and because of the area always a place to sit.
First time visiting this place and I was quite impressed with the quality of the food and courtesy of the staff!!!AMAZING FRIES (Cajun seasoning without salt is the way to go)!!!SHOUT OUT TO LUIS GONZALEZ for being a quick, respectful, friendly, and all-around great worker!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've even experience. It was my first time coming to a five guys restaurant. The young lady at the register has no knowledge of the he menu. And as a horrible attitude towards customer's. I was just asking a simple question on how something was made and the lady was just being rude. Also the messed up my order three times because They continue to add mushrooms to my sandwich when I told them it's a food allergies.ti will never recommend this restaurant at all

Good food but a little pricey
Burgers are amazing and delicious and very well cooked to perfection.Only complaint is that,they are bit pricey and combos are really expensive.I don’t eat five guys everyday.way to pricey for everyday meal.
