I ordered Rasta pasta and oxtail and omg it’s was so nasty !!!! Never again! The oxtails wasn’t seasoned nothing but pure FAT. and they pasta was disgusting!!! These ppl don’t know how to cook at all! And on top of that they don’t have heat while waiting for your order no wonder why all the Employees have attitudes cause their COLD !!! DONT EAT HERE! Waste of Money!
The food is freaking amazing here and the service is some of the best in town. They have a great menu selection and the service is some of the best.
I ordered ox tails, chicken rasta pasta and jerk chicken. All of it was amazing. Even my mom who can't handle spicy food was able to eat and enjoy the pasta and ox tails. Just the right amount of spice. Excellent flavor and quality. If you want to try Caribbean food but don't want it too hot, this is the place for you.
Currently there is no dining in ..but same good taste..soup was delicious (goat head) . They also take call during my wait so you can call to order them pick up
Ive been waiting for my Uber Eats food for almost two hours so I decided to call the restaurant. I’ve tried calling for over an hour and nobody picked up. Then I called once more and was able to get in touch with Sean the manager. He said even though I paid in advance, he couldn’t cancel my order and there was nothing he could do. He said they had no drivers and that they were about to turn the app off. But what about my order? He said to call Uber Eats. Sad customer service. I guess I’m just out of $26. I’ll never order here again.
The food aint bad but the wait is horrible. They even forgot about my order. Just call and place your order and then come for a pickup. The manager was there and heard how annoyed I was about the wait [46 minutes 2 be exact] and he didnt even try to compensate me..typical! Anyway now I know to call in & order because if not you can wait your whole lunch hour for your food to be done.
The cashier was very polite. Was a short visit but I left feeling satisfied. The jerk chicken and chicken fried rice was very good.
Have TRIED to pick food up here 3 times, not for myself, but as a delivery driver, and have never been able to recieve THEIR customer's order. I unfortunately am under the impression it's because my skin isn't the same color as the staff working as well.
Customer service has declined. I held on the phone for the entire drive through the restaurant. I got there and the restaurant was empty.
I don’t know but it’s not worthy!! Bought oxtail and they only gave me 4 lukkle piece and tuff too smh
