They have bad customer service and they are so rude. I waited an hour for my food and it wasn’t even worth it. And if you not Hispanic don’t even think about going inside because you are going to have stares.

Food was supposed to be delivered at 7:30 it was past 8pm and it wasn’t even being prepared so I tried to call them and their phone line is disconnected. BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL.To them It’s okay to take your money, not provide you with at least a decent customer service and then have you running around trying to get a refund for an order they even intended to deliver on time. Shameful, Shameful business!!!
I love the food however, this people need to manage their time better. The app said my food was ready by 9:30, walked in at 9:35 and it’s still 10:07 and I haven’t get my food ??.

Worst of the worst ordered some food and it took them over an hour to make the food then they said the food had been done but that they forgot to give it to us paid $30 dollars for 2 trays of food and it wasn’t even enough for what we paid never going back again in the heights you can get twice as more for less they are cheap with the food

I order every weekend there a loyal costumer good food the worst costumer service one time I place a order they told me to pick up in 20 minutes and I spend 40 minutes today I ordered something they told me 35 minutes went there and I spend there one hour waiting for the food that i you old Eva that I didn’t want it no more worse costumer service
