Restaurant was okay. Same vibe from many years ago. Had a good waitress eventhough she has been working there for over a week.
I placed an order and they gave the Uber person the wrong order. They didn't want to deliver the correct order. I understand they don't do delivery to my address but if they were wrong they should fix the situation. What kind of manager is that. They were rude about the whole situation. I will definitely never order from them again.

The first thing the staff is really nice good people. The interior is very spacious, so you can bring plenty of people to dine. The service is great, too. The food was cooked just right. No complaints. If you want real food, stop by this diner and avoid the fast food stuff around the corner.
The food is great the service is great and their prices are very fair they're very attentive to you while you're eating free coffee refills too love it I have been going there for over 40 years

The service was great and the food was good. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with fries. The bacon was nice and crisp and the burger cooked to order. My hostess was very attentive and anticipated some of my needs. I will certainly visit again when I am hungry and in the neighborhood on foot.
Food was delious. Chicken cutlet american cheese lettuce tomatoes mayo on a hero. With French fries. Yummy
This place doesn't deserved a star. As it won't accept my dissatifed review without the star.Allow me to start they don't ask to see proff of vaccination, which is against the law.I've been going to Eliie for many many years, never ever express a compliant. Until, one dayI complained about my experience due to the fact I had to sit through my meal soaking wet and cold because the bus boy spilled 2 cups of ice water into my lap. Though it was accident I still wanted Management to know of my unpleasant experience with my meal at that time. Not only did Management choose not to honor my compliant. I was spoken to very rudely as though I had no right to speak up as to what had happen to me. I was shocked at the rude action, due to the fact that I was a well know loyal patron before covid and loyally returned when covid restriction were eased. I will no longer eat at Ellies nor recommend Anyone to eat there, as customer loyalty is not appreciated.
