So I wish I can give this place 0 stars so today was my aunts birthday, and i place an order of an arrangement for her. I was told it would be delivered the driver calls me to come down to get my delivery when I went down he wasn't there so I call him only to tell me that the store did not give him my order. Is already late for me to order another gift for her therefore I have nothing to give here. Thank you edible arrangements for ruining a good day
They did not want to give me a refund after I clearly hit the cancellation/refund tab on there website they try saying that wasn't enough description for a cancellation and Corp was no help also they agreed with the store even though every representative I spoke with for 2weeks to try and fix this problem told me I was in the right but there was nothing they could do since the store manager didn't want to give me my money back I will no longer do any business with this company not to mention I made 3 orders on that day alone and I order a lot from them for almost every holiday for friends and family they lost a good customer just because they are to cheap to refund me my $80
I ordered an arrangement for my wife’s birthday this past February. Service was good however none of the fruit were fresh. Terrible!
my son passed recently co workers sent me an edible arrangement never receive someone took it.the deliver guy called me and asked if he could leave it on top of the mailbox I said no leave it in front of my apartment number. .managers were nasty and rude no type of consideration .called had to even make a report to corporate .I used to be a big customer with always ordering edible arrangements for family and friends .but after this I would never order again rude nasty disrespectful .
Just went to pick up a gift but options were well presented and worked fast. I'll visit again for another gift or treat.
Received edibles gift from my girlfriend and don’t know what she ordered but the strawberries did not come in an edible box came in a clear container and received a mixture of strawberries dipped with chocolate and some without chocolate and grapes they didn’t even put them in little paper holders.some how the arrangement didn’t look appealing.they just threw everything together in this clear container. I Have ordered edibles from another edibles stores and arrangements looked better. Sorry for my friend that she spent so much money and this edible store at 163rd street in the Bronx that delivered it to me was not to expectations. I got another edibles arrangement gift from williamsbridge in the Bronx and I included the photo came in a nice box and the fruits were nicely arranged as you can see included photo plus it came inside an edibles bag .Compare to the strawberries and grapes arrangement from 163rd street , looks like they just threw it in all together without any thought.I definitely would not place an order from this 163rd st store
I want to give a special shout out to Ed the manager I spoke to this afternoon and staff. I called to get a last minute gift for my moms birthday. As promised by Ed the arrangement was delivered and received on perfect timing. Thank you so much guys :)
Ordered a Birthday gift for my wife and they did not want to deliver it to my door. They wanted my wife to come downstairs with the baby to the front of the building to get her gift. Fruit was old a disgusting.Very very rude at the store very unprofessional.They called me with the rudeness.880 East 163st Bronx NY worse store ever.
If I could give 0 stars I would. It was my first time ordering for Mother’s Day I thought my mom would be getting a mug with the fruit bouquet inside and candied pecans because that’s what I ordered. She received a tin can with a fruit bouquet and chocolate covered almonds so I called customer service and they offered a refund. It’s weeks later I call customer service to be told that I am wrong and the order was fulfilled, the website says item may vary.As a customer, I see item may vary i am expecting a different color mug not a whole different order. I don’t even want a refund it wasn’t worth the back and fourth you guys have very poor customer service.So if you want something done right and to be treated like you’re the one actually paying don’t purchase from this store let alone this company.
I am rating this location one star only to reflect the rudeness of the delivery person. My mom passed away in February and on the day that I was making the funeral arrangements, unknown to me, a friend of mine send me a beautiful arrangement sending her condolences. While I am in the funeral home, I receive a call from a rude person, asking me to hurry up and come downstairs to pick up my delivery. Obviously, I had no idea where this delivery was from and sent my son, who was home, down to pick it up. I live on the 3rd floor and in the time it took my son to get downstairs (about 2 minutes), he continuously called me, rushing me. Threatening to leave my package in the lobby. All this being said, I understand that delivery people are busy. But at the same time, they need to be respectful because they don't know the situation the person they are delivering to is in. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially during such a difficult time in a families life. That delivery person needs some kind of customer service training or not do this job if he will have that kind of attitude. We need to do better!
