Needed a quick Birthday delivery- had EXCEPTIONAL Experience with a woman by the name of Chyna, I believe, who selected gorgeous enormous cupcakes and wrote Happy Birthday with my friends name on the cupcakes , sent a note with wishes from me, and quickly had it delivered ( through Grub Hub) within 20 minutes! What a fabulous person and shop- I was so impressed- thanks Chyna and E& L. !!( PS- and I called from Florida and my friend in the Bronx)!
Order BDay cake, was delicious with strawberries and strawberry mousse. The was light n moist,fillling both were delicious n just right. There customer service is great.
The cake was for a celebration for Edna's birthday ? Rollerskater extraordinaire...looked like the standard birthday cake..but extremely moist and perfect frosting not too sweet but sweet enough...loved it brought a slice home and was told the same by family...Had to ask who made it!!!! Jb
the customer service (from owner/baker) is disgusting.I texted him all the details of how I wanted the cake and didn’t follow instructions. I texted him that I wanted real flowers and look what I received ??So disappointed. 3rd and last time here. This is what I wanted vs what I received. He charged me 140 for this ugly cake.
Excellent customer service and very professional. My 8 year old daughter and her class LOVED the vanilla cupcakes with buttercream frosting. Would definitely be going back.

Good service, cash only, there is an ATM inside. Definitely a secret place full of tasty goodies! Got the Fruit Tart Pie for work .. everyone really liked that one!
Disgusting. They left out an entire part of my order - the most important item - a chocolate 3 layer birthday cake via my Seamless order. This happened on Friday, January 7, 2022.When I called to find out happened, a staff member by the name of Yaya advised that the cake was "sitting right there" and that if I ordered again via UberEats (since delivery through Seamless was about to end) - something small - they would send my cake that I already paid for, along with a free set of cupcakes.I couldn't believe it when I got a call from UberEats customer service about 10 minutes after I put my SECOND order through letting me know that the bakery CANCELED my order and that neither the cake that was left out the first time nor the second set of items I ordered, would be delivered after all. I was beside myself.I called E&L back and Yaya answered again. She knew it was me because she immediately started explaining why what she promised hadn't happened. At that point, no excuse would have been acceptable because the bakery messed my order up twice, back to back. She then had the NERVE to ask if someone could come pick up the cake etc the next day. EXCUSE me? How dare you? After screwing up back to back, you expect this from the customer? I have ordered from this bakery in the past and they were ok. Not sure what has happened since, but these actions reflect inefficiency, carelessness, ineffectiveness and lack of professionalism. I am totally done with them. Please think twice before you order.
Ordered from Uber eats, their chocolate cheesecake and colossal Oreo cupcakes were amazing! The almond horn was also delicious and flaky!First time ordering, definitely won’t be my last.
Life saver!, I needed a last minute cake for my ladies birthday, and not only these guys came through perfectly for me, there cake & cupcakes I had chosen were DELICIOUS!.. I’m a first time buyer here and definitely won’t be my last ??
