50 cents to put ketchup on fries I already paid for, they don’t listen to customers, this place is really inconsiderate and they only care about the money.
Was trying to give this place 2.5 stars. It's not good and it's not bad. Best to get a menu from this place before calling for delivery as the lady has no patience in answering your questions. Food is mediocre. Now, I just do Seamless or Sabor Latino. ??♀️
The woman that answers the phone needs to not answer the phone doesn't know how to take orders she always sends the wrong order and is rude I'm done giving her my money ?
So, this used to be my favorite place to order Chinese food from. No more! The female owner rudely refused to change my daughter's order. She ordered Beef Lo-Mein and Hot and Sour Soup. The owner gave her Mei-Fun and Wonton soup. My daughter walked all the way back to correct the order. The owner flatly refused saying, "I don't care, this is what you ordered and I'm not changing it!" We don't eat Mei-Fun from here because they have continuously put shrimp in it when family members are allergic to it. What ever happened to customer service? As a BRONX COMMUNITY BOARD #9 MEMBER, I am appalled! This is how you treat the customers You serve? Mistakes happen, but to be rude about it is unacceptable. I will take my money elsewhere!

This place is the one I like best. I eat in plenty of restaurants but to this restaurant I go the most. The stuff is very amicable and the food they place on your table is so fresh and tasty. I never miss an opportunity to have a decent dinner here. Highly recommended.
