The worst !!!The services is BAD especially during late hours, there is a guy by the name of Sanyeh if I am not mistaken is the most rudest NASTIEST person I ever encounter with.
This location is not open 24 hours. I was just there it’s 2:05am and the worker told me thru the walk up window that they are close because his cleaning. I work in the hospital drive over there because online it said they were open only to find out they are not.
Their customer service was good even tho i had a big confusing order
Staff are always talking... Leaving customers waiting in line like they aren't even in the store!!!
This Dunkin location is not the greatest. The staff seems to be overworked, and it becomes immediately obvious as they take out their anger on customers. I ordered my usual order and was charged an extra 75 cents because I wanted cream in my latte. No other Dunkin location has ever charged me extra for cream in my latte. I was confused and asked why the extra charge. With an attitude, the young lady said it's because it's a special order. I paid the extra charge but will never return. They do not keep this location clean for the volume of customers that enter. To add insult to injury, the staff left me waiting almost 17 minutes for a latte. When I complained that I had been waiting for over 15 minutes, the worker replied, well I don't know what to tell you. Very rude and condescending! Never again stay away from these children without respect who work here.
The staff that I met this morning is new for me. The younger guys were just doing what theyre told but the older gentleman was extremely RUDE! Ive been at this location for a couple of yrs & Ive never been talked to the way I was talked to today. I asked why havent there been any cup holders for so long & I was told to just take my coffee & be happy its hot. I said but “its too hot for my hands” he responded & said “go over there & get some napkins thats common sense” trying to insult my intelligence. I then asked for his name & he refused to give to me so I asked for a refund & he walked off on me
It's a Dunkin donuts. Nothing special or out of the ordinary. They've obviously got some good coffee though
Negative 5 STARS..This place has roaches! I've ordered a sandwich and what I saw terrified Me as a customer of Dunkin for years! ND, the cashier had a nerve to have a bad " customerservice" attitude at me after I noticed it ! Smdh! #DAHOOD will be reporting to the health department! Folks don't eat tHere! #FACTION
