The store hours are not correct;They closed the store at 5:30pm, however, it shows that the store will be opened till 6pm
I bought a blueberry muffin that i couldn't even eat. It was hard as a rock. I can't believe they would sell old muffins.
I made an online order at 6:30am under the impression that the store was open. At 7:11am the store was still closed minus the bakery. Additionally, when I don’t make an online order, I tend to wait longer than 20 minutes for my order because they are understaffed. They need to get it together.

Some employee had no mask. They had a sign on the door no more than 4 people yet there were more than that. N some customers had no mask. So I called 311 n reported. I'll never go there again.

It's good coffee. The people there are very tentative!
The coffee is great and always fresh,very speedy service.. the only flaw is the workers are a little rude. I understand it’s a job and it get frustrating , I get it some customers are a little extra but just because someone else ruined your day doesn’t mean to ruin everyone else’s.
