Terrible attitudes and customer service. The worker was touching the actual tea bag that goes into the water with her bare hands and had the nerve to get upset that I asked for a whole new tea bag. She then started to touch money which disgusted me. Touching food then money is not acceptable, all right in the customers face. I also bought a bagel with butter and cream cheese. They hassled me for .30 for the butter just for me to get to work and no butter on my bagel. Completely ruined my breakfast. I go back to explain my experience, the worker was very dismissive and not helpful. I would not recommend this location.
This place is great. I love their service. Sayma is the best because she always made my order before I go to the counter. Definitely I recommend this place.
The coffee here is disgusting. They have 3 Hispanic females that do not know how to make coffee. They all have poor customer service and seem to enjoy talking bad about their customers in Spanish while servicing them. The older Spanish lady is completely rude, I’m not even sure why she’s there if she doesn’t want to work. There needs to be management present during working hours. You’re better off getting coffee at a bodega. Save yourself a trip and do not go to this Dunkin Donuts.
This place is unacceptable. They have no consideration for the customers time. They advertise opening at 5:30 am and don't open until 6 then you the customer is limited to certain items because the oven is not, hire more responsibility people
The Dunkin was typical food wise but the cashier was super nice. Made me smile at 7am. Can't wish for more really.

Pretty decent Dunkin it’s very standard it’s clean the employees are decent the donuts are a little stale but it was around 2pm so I understand but the frosting on the strawberry donut was really good and tasty and this Dunkin also has a baskin Robbins for ice cream
