My experience was just fine went in picked up my Donuts because I always call First to avoid the long line so I can have no worries the donuts are delicious
Like all dunkin donuts the food is good service is so so but not to bad.
This Dunkin is so disorganized and often slow. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese croissant and when I got my order there were two croissant with no bacon egg and cheese. I see the receipt said one which I hadn’t notice until after I left the restaurant but since the receipt clearly says bacon egg and cheese croissant Idk what happened.
This has to be the worst Dunkin ever I’ve been to, their coffee taste like warm Pi**, pretty much all the employees who works their are slow and slagging, I work super near to this one and I am everyday customer, they will always take their sweet time to get your order ready and meanwhile they will do their chit chat, because I completely understand their native tang so I get it completely what are they talking about. So after getting on spot horrible service I started using the dunkin app and place the order before I go to the store, so by the time I am in the store my order will be ready, there has been times where I gave them 15 minutes after placing an order for a small cappucino and when I went there after 15 minutes my order wasn’t even ready. The employees needs to be trained well.
This is the worst location I tried to purchase gift cards and was told that they only accept cash for gift cards over $10. The lines are always crazy they're not organized they also have terrible customer service I would not visit this location.
Very bad service, the employees don’t speak English and do not understand English. Very hard to communicate with them.
What the hell.. it's been a while since I was at Dunkin' on 170th st in The Bronx... and I was craving the hot chocolate.. so disappointed!! Why it tasted like McDonald's? Yeah I said it cause they have the worst hot chocolate. But today this Dunkin' took the cake.. my crossiant is burnt and the HOT chocolate is NOT HOT! The large look like a medium and to make it worst it's watered down.. not creamy like it usually is. This used to be my favorite to go breakfast for.. forever and this is the first time I've experienced such disappointment. I don't know about the other Dunkin's but the one on 170th gotta step up their game
It's a clean and nice place. Employees are polite.
