Had a very unpleasant experience at this location on 6/5/2022 around 12pm. The cashier was nodding off I asked him to remake my drink because I wanted more ice and my drink sweeter. Instead of him remaking it he added ice and syrup and use the barista's spoon to mix my drink. Gross that same spoon will be used to mix other drinks. And the food was nasty. Won’t be returning.
I didn't actually go inside but the wife and kids went in for ice cream. I wanted a strawberry milkshake and the Baskin Robins didn't have strawberry ice cream...ok, I said bring me a vanilla shake. Baskin Robins said they didn't vanilla ice cream. I asked for a refund and they didn't know how to issue a refund. Eventually they gave us cash back but didn't add the taxes in.
1. They never have oatmilk and they sub it for almond milk which I can taste the difference and I'll ask did you put it in, they'll admit to subbing the milk but they clearly had no intention of telling me they subbed it. If you have any allergy and order drinks from here, be cautious cause they don't follow the instructions for preparing things2. They refused to give me my order because THEY "couldn't find" my drink tickets. I had proof of purchase on my phone from the mobile app, with date, time and order. But nope, I had to argue and fight to get my drinks. And then SUDDENLY they find the tickets and can make my drink. The whole team was very rude and disrespectful the whole time. If I showed my proof of payment, I deserve what I paid for. The fact I had to argue for it makes me feel like this store is running a scam.3. I have only observed this once (as I usually go through the drive thru), but staff behind the counter handling donuts without gloves. If you go inside to order, make sure their wearing gloves and don't be afraid to remind them to wear them if they forget.
Ran out of most donuts 3 hours before closing! Had like, 4 selections left and 3 of them were muffin styles.
I don't drink coffee. I don't eat donuts. The ice cream, specifically the smoothies are always available. And, that is what counts for me.
I always have a bad experience with a particular guy 7pm ish , he always have attitude and doesn’t give you what u order. I have a feeling he rips me off. Can you upgrade your drive through with sign detailing what u order and price, like McDonald’s drive thru?
They make the best coffee. Only I issue I ordered chive stuffed bagel and hit egg white something it tasted terrible.
Pretty good in the mornings around 6 am when you need a quick cup of coffee. Staff will remember your order after coming enough times.
This place sucks!! They never have enough of anything. The food is thrown together and my drinks if they have always taste watery. Not good at all. Ima pass on this location
It takes a good while, if ever, to get service at this Dunkin location. They do make drinks very well, but it's always taken me 5 minutes or longer to be seen, even if the store is empty.
