By far one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I ever been too cashier name shahzad was extremely rude eye rolling and all and this was after I help her translate for the customer in front of me. Then i made a complaint online and got offered a free donut with of course a purchase of a medium hot coffee in order to get the free donut what a joke
Some employees are rude ! I had one employee tell me there was no cappuccino blast & asked another employee & they had it then they act like they don’t understand English when you tell them something is wrong

don't wear COVID protective gear, and they handle food with no mask or gloves while sneezing and cough on food! Word is bond!
I love it.But now they don't have Decaf or they don't want to make it . I buying my coffee everyday. And always said the machine is no working.
I just ordered through uber eats and my sandwiches came uncooked they were cold and I know it wasn't cooked because the cheese wasn't even melted. This is disgusting. I'll never order again and I'm absolutely reporting them to the health department
