LITERALLY TRIED TO TAKE MY MONEY AND GIVE NO PRODUCT!!!Showed my mobile receipt with ALL DETAILS, and their untrained team kept saying they won't give me my drink because they don't have a receipt on their side. I made a whole issue, and ALL OF A SUDDEN my drink has a receipt on their end and they can make it.Train your staff on how to read receipts so customers aren't met with "that's not our store" (even though the address is there), "that's from a different day" (time stamp is there ?), "it isn't paid for" (it LITERALLY says the charge on the card) or "we don't know your order so we can't make it" (ALSO on the mobile receipt). Cause the only reason Dunkin is in business is convenience, the coffee ain't nothing special. Don't shoot yourself in the foot but not delivering on the ONE thing that keeps the lights on.

Service was great. Gentleman named Joseph was polite, greeted everyone, and attended everyone who walked in in a timely manner. He's a multitasker, simultaneously preparing all orders as a few of us customers came in right after one another, including drive thru, while his co workers were cleaning and handling things. He never froze up or panicked, he got the job done like a pro. Thanks Joseph. I came in expecting the typical experience but you upgraded it today Sir. I watched every customer feel content with the service. Free parking lot. There's a drive thru. Baskin Robin's is also onsite. This spot is located right off the highway, you can jump off for a quick stop and hop right back on 3 blocks up.
Manager is very ignorant and doesn’t really know what he is doing , just as the people who are working there , I came there the last two weeks for a smoothie they have no bananas for 2 weeks , I even offered to bring my own bananas guy said they will charge me the same price like how is that possible lol and the people they have working don’t know how to do their job well . Also the donuts aren’t fresh

She refused to make me a joe box coffee at 8pm. No good bad service.
I deliver for uber and there on point with orders and make sure you check the name before you leave with order and pack food and drinks well
