This Dunkin’ is suppose to be 24 hours, i placed an to for order at 1058pm and it was closed, I lost my money and this is the second time they did this! Horrible!!!

One of the clerks took my order while on her Bluetooth prepared my order completely wrong then had the balls to tell me that doesn't come with that IM THE CUSTOMER I PAID FOR THAT AMD THATS HOW I WANT IT, charged me for it then didn't do it as I asked for WHY because she was to busy talking on her phone while at work very unprofessional

I usually stop by here on my way to work around 3:30pm. This dunkin is always dirty. The counter is full of napkins and the garbage is full. The customer service is so so. They move very slow and seem to cater to people they know. I have been there a few times and I can't say that I have been a happy camper. They always get my order wrong and never make my drink the way I ask.
It was the best Dunkin Donuts I have went to but some of the people that work were a bit rude.
